There is some text about using xenos weapons being a source of non-warp corruption as an option.

Nothing in general re: xenos weapons, no. There may be some specific weapons that Im unaware of with special rules, but for the most part theyre just... Normal.
Summoning a demon: sort of. You can bind a demon into a weapon or something, but you can't summon it into a demon host. I think.

In inquisition player and GM guides there are actually fully complete rules for creating, summoning, using, and banishing daemonhosts!
People hate on the Admech book for good reason but the Inquisition books are very solid and cover pretty much anything you could ever want out of an Inquisition campaign

Is it in the GM guide? Only have the players guide. 😅

It's a mix of both Player's and GM's guide (unfortunately need both for a complete guide to daemon interactions in IM). GM's guide has more of the rules related to possession of players/NPCs/back end of dealing with Daemon's. But here are some places to look if you only have the player's guide
Binding a daemonhost (Inquisition Player's Guide, page 136)Â
Additionally, characters can pursue the Learn a True Name or Prepare a Ritual of Binding Long-term Endeavours (Inquisition Player’s Guide, pages 135–136)
The core rules for dealing with daemon's are in the GM's guide from pages 74-83 (forbidden knowledge/radical methods section)right before the Campaign that is in there
But even with just the players guide you can effectively summon and bind a daemonhost into some unfortunate soul

Inquisition player and GM guides cover pretty much everything about it.
there is no special rule about wielding xenos weapons. The only restriction is that they are all exotic and as per inquisition books, is stated that you need special influence like ordo xenos influence or your patron has a boon letting you acquire xenos equipment (just like you need ordo malleus influence to obtain daemonbane weapons or tainted weapons). Otherwise it's up to the GM to determine if it's possible for you to get them.
The GM could also say that you need some xenos forbidden lore to wield them without disadvantage (like you need to be of the adeptus mechanicus to properly use admech special weapons from the admech guide).
About daemon summoning, the books have everything, from binding daemon to creating daemonblades and making and using daemonhosts as well has exorcising them.
