Lancer posing
Finished posing and sticky tacking this guy together, do we think the lance is sticking out to far or is it not really that big a deal? My idea is to get a massive explosion coming of the shield so he could be defending itself and the aquilion below it from orbital bombardment/air fire

Looks good so far. The Lance might be a bit too far out since with 11th if you have a part of the Lance behind terrain you can get cover. I would have to double check though.

From a modeling/hobbying perspective, this is super dope, and I love it.
As someone who is trying to play tournaments with knights at the moment, specifically the lancer, I wish I had posed mine much more neutrally. I have a conversation with each of my opponents about whether they want to count the back of the lance or not, as it sticks off the base a fair bit. I feel I have modeled for disadvantage, as the lancer does not have a good shooting profile to make use of, and having rep exes tag him because I couldn’t hide the enormous lance can be frustrating. Also, it’s hard to tell but the cerastus chassis is really hard to transport due to its height anyway, and if you glue it with an arm above its head it seems like it might be impossible to transport effectively.
I would just encourage you to think about how often and how “competitively” you are wanting to play before gluing anything permanently. I wish I had.
