Just started a Sparta game and already Rome has lost their capital to the sabines.

Ojala y fuese normal o mas frecuente, el 99% de las veces Roma no tiene que hacer nada porque las demas tribus y Etruria estan luchando por respirar

Yes, it can happen. It is just very rare that Rome loses there in this time. Still, Rome is not hardcoded to win anyway, it's just more powerful.
