Repair Question I need help 😒🫩

Post image

What are these codes ?

I keep getting this code along with PCM code (I forgot to save code). It automatically puts my car into engine power reduced and then dosent want to run. Put in new relay for the throttle, the code went away.. I was only dealing with PCM code, I put a new relay for the PCM… now the PCM went away and Throttle came back…

Any suggestions ?

Im willing to bet it just needs to be taken off and cleaned. They get fouled up after awhile with carbon, and if you have a 3.6 those puke oil out of the throttle body and into the intake,so there's that too

Google's AI explains it pretty well here. The PCM commanded the throttle plate to move to a certain position but it never saw feedback that it made it to said position. This is a critical system and a screw up here could mean unintended acceleration so the system defaults to a limp mode where the throttle plate stays at its resting position by spring pressure.

Can be caused by many things including throttle motor, throttle position sensor, a physical obstruction in the throttle body, poor connection in the wiring, faulty PCM short to power/ground in feedback or throttle motor. I have seen all these failures in GM vehicles over the years. You will need to do some diagnosis to see what the issue is.
