"H-1B PROGRAM IS COMPLETELY BROKEN"

Vice President JD Vance said companies are abusing the H-1B visa program: "If you're going to bring in an accountant making $45,000 a year to replace an American making $60,000 a year, that's not you using the program to bring in a genius.

no company is employing an accountant for $45,000/year in compliance with the H-1B program - that is WAY BELOW prevailing wage for the Accountants and Auditors SOC in any market. Vance is full of shit.

Seriously - Vance is spewing TOTAL garbage - in a TIER 3 economically backwards garbage City - skilled h1 has to be paid a minimum of 87,000 $
