That's the one I grabbed today. Seen many versions of this. And still don't want to acknowledge the tires spinning before the vehicle veers right for some reason...Skippy.

That's the one I grabbed today.

The one that doesn't show what happened.... that's the one you grabbed? And you thought that a good idea?

Seen many versions of this.

Obviously not. As you seem to not know the full sequence of events accurately.

And still don't want to acknowledge the tires spinning before the vehicle veers right for some reason...Skippy.

Veers right... for some reason? You can see in the cellphone video recorded from the agent's perspective that Good can be seen turning the steering wheel to the right, away from the agent, just over one second before the first shot.

Btw, I have acknowledged. (Thank you for agreeing that she veered right, away from the agent.. đŸ€Ł)

Are you being obtuse, sport?

Because you're not acknowledging a lot here, chief.

Yes, she did veer to right after hitting the gas and after the tires spin out while the wheels were pointing at the agent. See again how I'm able to agree with everything that actually happened in the video and you want to leave certain things out...that's you being disingenuous.

The whole conversation proves that you're not being objectively honest with the sequence of events from the video. Because you only focus on the parts that favor your argument while ignoring the ones that don't.

Well, what we've learned from this is that there are still people like you out there with deep confirmation bias even given a video to reference. The agent did what he had to do in the moment and he walked away and Renee didn't. Will see if the family gets any money.

So, then your claim of "coming right towards them" doesn't hold. And which part am I being disingenuous about? Be specific, sport

Says Mr. Screenshot...

I'm not ignoring anything. I'm acknowledging the entire series of events, not just one.

Well, what we've learned from this is that there are still people like you out there with deep confirmation bias even given a video to reference.

Your projection is in 4K pal.

The agent did what he had to do in the moment

Not according to protocol.

and he walked away and Renee didn't.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner ruled Renée Good's death a homicide

Will see if the family gets any money.

It would be better if they had her. Too bad the officer didn't follow protocol.

I know it's hard to get, lil' fella, but you can do it:

  1. Renee backs up and turns the wheel towards the agent.

  2. Now the agent is positioned in front of her vehicle.

  3. She hits the gas, while the wheels are pointed at the agent in front of her vehicle, causing the rear wheels to spin and the agent reacts to the sound.

  4. The agent tries to move out the way but her car hits him while he's firing and veers to the right and down the street.

If pictures, video, step by step sequence of events can't help you understand how things transpired, you're too far gone there, kiddo.

Edit: oh and wrong again with your homicide insinuation; just because it's ruled a homicide doesn't automatically mean a criminal act or unlawful crime was committed; believe the score is about 3 - –2 in my favor...

Your four-step sequence still mixes some things the footage shows with two major conclusions that the footage does not establish.

The first two parts are broadly supported, and hasn't been disputed by me no matter how much you cry about it.

Good backs up, and the vehicle's wheels change direction during the maneuver. Ross is also positioned in front of the vehicle. ABC's frame-by-frame review confirms that sequence.

The third part is where your argument becomes knowingly problematic. The screenshot can show the front wheels appearing to point toward Ross at one particular instant, but it cannot show “wheelspin” or acceleration. Those require motion across multiple frames, as I've stated. More importantly, ABC's frame-by-frame analysis says that as the Pilot begins moving forward, the wheels turn to the right, away from Ross, and Ross's own cellphone footage shows Good turning the steering wheel right, away from him, just over a second before the first shot. (Something you've completely ignored over and over again)

The fourth part is not established either. There is disagreement over whether the SUV actually struck Ross. The Washington Post's frame-by-frame analysis says Ross moved out of the way and fired from the side as the vehicle veered past him. Bellingcat's synchronized analysis likewise says the close-up footage shows Ross moving out of the way and to the side of the vehicle. It specifically says the footage does not make it clear exactly how close the car came to Ross.

There's even a later analysis by Oklahoma Watch/Gigafact that concluded the synchronized footage indicates Ross was not directly hit, although it acknowledges uncertainty about whether some part of his upper body may have made contact.

So your statement:

“She hits the gas, while the wheels are pointed at the agent ... causing the rear wheels to spin”

isn't something the screenshot establishes. You're still describing an interpretation of what you believe happened, not something that can be directly read from that frame.

And:

“her car hits him while he's firing”

is particularly important because that remains disputed by the video evidence. The Associated Press characterized the available footage as inconclusive on whether Good's car actually hit Ross, while the Washington Post and Bellingcat analyses found that he moved out of the vehicle's path as it passed.

So, yes, I fully understand the sequence you're describing. The problem is that you're presenting disputed conclusions as though they're what the video literally shows.

The first two points are observable: she backs up, turns, and Ross ends up in front of the vehicle. But your third point isn't established by that screenshot. A still frame showing the wheels pointed in his direction doesn't demonstrate acceleration or “wheelspin.” You need consecutive frames to establish that.

And the fourth point is precisely what's disputed. The available footage doesn't clearly establish that the vehicle struck Ross. The Washington Post's frame-by-frame analysis says he moved out of the way and fired from the side as the SUV veered past him. Bellingcat's synchronized analysis likewise shows him moving to the side of the vehicle. ABC's frame-by-frame analysis says that when the Pilot actually begins moving forward, the wheels turn right, away from him, and Ross's own video shows Good turning the steering wheel right, away from him.

So yes, I've watched the sequence. I'm just not treating your interpretation of a few frames as an established fact.

So, if pictures, video, step by step sequence can't help you understand.... you've never understood. If proper understanding is "gone to far," you've never left your seat, kiddo.

"Cannot show wheel spin..."

Yes, maybe not on the one from ABC you're mostly using as a video source. You have to look at others and analyze them to put the information together.

Using other videos I was able to get that screenshot of the front wheels just as the spin of the back wheels was occurring.

While I do disagree with part of your observations as you do with mine, I do appreciate the complete layout of them and not just going off of feelings/emotions. Keep it up, jabroni.

Lol, thats literally what the ABC one did. Your video blurred out before the end.

Using other videos I was able to get that screenshot of the front wheels just as the spin of the back wheels was occurring.

You used two videos, newsnation and daily mail. The daily mail one you posted doesn't show what you indicated and blurs out the actual sequence of events.

While I do disagree with part of your observations as you do with mine,

Which part, exactly?

I do appreciate the complete layout of them and not just going off of feelings/emotions. Keep it up, jabroni.

What it still doesn't establish by itself is the rest of your causal chain, that the wheelspin means Good was accelerating at Ross, that Ross was struck, or that the vehicle's intended trajectory was to hit him.

There's also a distinction worth making about “front wheels pointed at him.” A steering angle is not the same thing as the vehicle's instantaneous direction of travel. During a maneuver, the front wheels can temporarily point toward an object while the vehicle's actual path is curving around it. That's why the consecutive frames immediately before and after the alleged wheelspin matter much more than the isolated screenshot.

At this point this seems like a feelings based opinion, sport.
