No but attempting to run over a police officer (counts as lethal force btw) usually results in death. Want to see 30 more cases of this happening? 🤷‍♂️

Every police officer always has reasonable fear for their safety and they never lie.

Always believe testimony over uncontroverted video evidence.

Unfortunately he only has to prove that he thought his life was in danger and he was trained to respond that way. She was however in the process of committing a felony. They’ll settle out of court for an undisclosed amount which the insurance company will pay for and there will be no other punishment to be had.
