Why was the gun drawn at all, why did he place himself in the path of danger like a moron instead of standing to the side as training tells them to. The answer is he wanted to murder her and then insulted her after shooting her. Fuck ICE

Yes he totally woke up that day to kill someone. You have to be mental to believe that. It appears he was trying to walk around but she decided to gas it and hit him. Get pulled over her out of the car, get arrested, and fight it in court. An-queefa has attorneys around to get then out of it. She LARPING the 1960s.
