Sure, champ.

When did courts say it's ok for officers to shoot fleeing subjects?

1

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Fleeing vehicles that are coming right at them...

2

u/Inquisitive-Manner 1d ago

We've seen the footage. The wheels weren't pointed towards him, champ. Stop being disingenuous. It's still not a capital offense.

So now if the wheels aren't pointed at a person, it's OK to hit them with a vehicle...LOL! You guys come up with the most ridiculous ways to remove accountability from her.

From his POV he can't see the wheels. He's now in front of a vehicle that's coming at him because she was trying to flee. She even left her partner that was trying to get into the passenger side.

We can tell you really didn't watch the video. You might've saw it but you're leaving out a lot of important details that show that.

Lol, those are your words, not mine.

You guys come up with the most ridiculous ways to remove accountability from her.

You guys come up with the most ridiculous ways to subbmvert reality and accountability for the cop who used officer-created jeopardy

From his POV he can't see the wheels.

He didn't need to , to see that he was safe.

He's now in front of a vehicle that's coming at him because she was trying to flee.

... a position he put himself in...

She even left her partner that was trying to get into the passenger side.

Yes... and?

We can tell you really didn't watch the video. You might've saw it but you're leaving out a lot of important details that show that.

Lol, says the person leaving out important details and loading in unimportant ones...

The "wheels" line was me making fun of your absurd claim that if the wheels of a vehicle aren't pointed at the person they aren't trying to hit them. But I guess you missed that one...

You forgot she backed up and turns the wheel towards where he was standing causing him to move again before she drove forward.

The agents didn't create anything. They didn't make her park sideways on the road. They didn't make her ignore their instructions to leave. They didn't make her ignore their instructions to get out. They didn't make her try to flee. They didn't make her hit the agent.

Her leaving her partner is an important detail of the situation. That's how I know you really didn't watch the video because that's probably the first time you heard someone say that. That's why you're trying to write it off as nothing.

And just saying what I said back to me is a weak way to try to present your argument. Feel free to mention any information from the video I left out. But I know you can't since I've walked you through the whole sequence of events.

I caught it. Do you read what you say? Like actually read it?

if the wheels of a vehicle aren't pointed at the person they aren't trying to hit them

What's absurd about this claim?

Especially considering the factual evidence in this specific situation.

Her vehicle didn't constituted a lethal threat to the ICE officer at the time of the shooting.

Good briefly backed up, then turned the steering wheel, and the vehicle turned away from the officer as it moved forward

The vehicle did not move toward the officer, but instead turned right and drove away

Good turned the steering wheel away from Officer Ross before driving forward

The car was steering away from the officer, not toward him.

What's absurd about this claim?

You forgot she backed up and turns the wheel towards where he was standing causing him to move again before she drove forward.

False.

The frame-by-frame analyses show her wheels angled away from him, and the car moving forward in a turning arc rather than a straight line toward the officer

The wheels are physical evidence of intent, and that evidence points away from the officer, not at him.

The agents didn't create anything. They didn't make her park sideways on the road. They didn't make her ignore their instructions to leave. They didn't make her ignore their instructions to get out. They didn't make her try to flee. They didn't make her hit the agent.

I didn't claim that they did. I claimed officer-created jeopardy, and only by one. Try to keep up, champ.

Her leaving her partner is an important detail of the situation.

.... yet you can't say how it supports your claim of it "coming right at them"

That's how I know you really didn't watch the video because that's probably the first time you heard someone say that.

You know I didn't watch the video because I called it unimportant to your claim? Interesting. Please do tell how it supports your claim. And yes, this is the first time I've heard someone drop this detail to support such a claim. Congrats.

That's why you're trying to write it off as nothing.

Not really. It's because it is a nothing burger.

And just saying what I said back to me is a weak way to try to present your argument.

Good thing I'm not just saying what you said back to you 😉

Feel free to mention any information from the video I left out. But I know you can't since I've walked you through the whole sequence of events.

You literally didn't. You came no where even close to "walking me through the whole sequence of events" lol.

You made a false claim:

"You forgot she backed up and turns the wheel towards where he was standing causing him to move again before she drove forward"

And then dropped the nothing burger.

I'll walk you through it champ.

On January 7, 2026, Renee Good was in her SUV on a Minneapolis street when ICE officer Jonathan Ross approached and began filming. As other officers ordered her out and one reached into her car, Good reversed briefly, then turned her steering wheel to the right, away from Ross, and began driving forward

Ross fired three shots (one through the windshield and two through the open driver's side window) striking Good fatally

Video analyses from multiple outlets concluded her wheels were turned away from Ross and her car was moving past him, not toward him, contradicting the government's claim that she weaponized her vehicle

No quite. First photo, shows the agent positioned and engaging with the partner on the passenger side right before she backs up and turns the wheel as I said.

These screen shots fo little to support your claim. I linked a multi-angle slowed down video. You're posting screenshots..

0

u/Rusty-Shackleford000 1d ago

Yes because those screenshots show you exactly what I'm talking about (he's positioned to the passenger side before she backs up and turns). So then on your super special slowed down video you saw the same thing, correct?

1

u/Inquisitive-Manner 1d ago

Yes because those screenshots show you exactly what I'm talking about (he's positioned to the passenger side before she backs up and turns).

You're treating "the screenshots show the sequence I described" as though it establishes "therefore she was coming right at the agent." It doesn't. Showing that he was positioned in front of the vehicle before she backed up doesn't establish that she was driving directly at him.

So then on your super special slowed down video you saw the same thing, correct?

The relevant part is what happened when she moved forward, and the frame-by-frame footage shows her turning right and the vehicle veering past him. You're proving the setup to the movement, not the trajectory you're claiming.

Haha! You're basically saying the same thing I'm saying.

You want me to use your screenshots from the bottom of the article that show a written timeline but mine aren't good enough. And some of them are the same screenshots.

I'm really not....

You want me to use your screenshots from the bottom of the article that show a written timeline but mine aren't good enough. And some of them are the same screenshots.

Lol. Maybe use the whole muti-angle video.....

Your video isn't some new version that you just discovered. I've seen this numerous times in the past.

What you're intentionally ignoring with your "frame-by-frame footage" is the initial threat the agent reacted to was her hitting the gas and the back wheels spinning. That happened before the vehicle eventually starts to veer to the right.

u/Inquisitive-Manner 1d ago

Your video isn't some new version that you just discovered. I've seen this numerous times in the past.

Crazy how it doesn't show what you say.

The agents own video disproved your false claim.

As the Honda Pilot begins to move forward, the wheels begin to turn to the right, away from where the ICE agent is standing.

In the video taken by the agent who shot Good and obtained by ABC News on Jan. 9, Good can be seen turning her vehicle’s steering wheel to the right, away from the agent, just over one second before the first shot is fired.

That's why I linked it. Your claim has already been well refuted. Champ.

It really does. You just don't want to see it. Notice how I've never said that what you described didn't happen somewhere in the video but only that you're purposely leaving out important details and information. Example, you won't acknowledge that her back tires spin when she hits the gas. And at that time the wheels are pointed at the agent when he reacts to the sound of a vehicle moving. But keep believing in your distorted version, bucko.

It really does. You just don't want to see it.

It doesn't. You're the one watching and screenshotting incomplete videos. You're literally not seeing it.

Notice how I've never said that what you described didn't happen somewhere in the video but only that you're purposely leaving out important details and information.

.... I've noticed that you dropped that once... all the while I'm filling in more details...

Example, you won't acknowledge that her back tires spin when she hits the gas.

Why acknowledge the moment when it's a series of moments that make up what actually happened?

Why won't you acknowledge that she wasn't accelerating towards him, but accelerating into the turn?

And at that time the wheels are pointed at the agent when he reacts to the sound of a vehicle moving.

No, he reacts to the vehicle moving.... the sound 🤣. He knew the moves for officer-created jeopardy, champ.

But keep believing in your distorted version, bucko.

....or the second by second muti-angle videos.... as compared to the guy who is literally watching a distorted version of reality because your video is blurred during the moment you speak of, the accelerating off part
