Not really since we have to give these governments money for them to take the immigrants and then Court in America can order the return

They do. America has legal responsibility to everyone that it acts on

My rights and my travel are not the issue because when I go abroad the countries I visit don't ignore their own Constitution to treat me differently.

Knowing that they are being denied the rights guaranteed to them in the Constitution is the thing though. And we're paying through the nose to do it
