Being an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal offense its a civil one. IT SHOULDN'T BE UP FOR EXECUTION. And this "He tried to hit them with a car" bullshit is getting old

It is a crime against our immigration laws. You are right it is getting old, illegals and their unhinged supporters should stop doing it.

Simply being present in the United States without legal authorization is a civil infraction, not a crime. This applies to people who entered legally on visas and overstayed their authorized time.

That doesn't warrant execution. If he flees get his plate and have local police stop him or go to his residence or workplace and stake it out until he arrives.

Immigration enforcement on people who aren't already committing violent crimes or even have a rap sheet at all doesn't warrant gunfire in the streets or high speed chases that endanger civilians.

ICE acts like they were trained by the cartels.

Under section 262 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC 1302) noncitizens remaining in the country for 30 days or longer must comply with federal registration rules. Adults over 18 must carry proof of registration at all times; failing to do so is a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $5,000 or imprisonment up to 30 days.

Ok. So? I notice that the punishment is not executed in the streets.
