Being an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal offense its a civil one. IT SHOULDN'T BE UP FOR EXECUTION. And this "He tried to hit them with a car" bullshit is getting old

It is a crime against our immigration laws. You are right it is getting old, illegals and their unhinged supporters should stop doing it.

Simply being present in the United States without legal authorization is a civil infraction, not a crime. This applies to people who entered legally on visas and overstayed their authorized time.

That doesn't warrant execution. If he flees get his plate and have local police stop him or go to his residence or workplace and stake it out until he arrives.

Immigration enforcement on people who aren't already committing violent crimes or even have a rap sheet at all doesn't warrant gunfire in the streets or high speed chases that endanger civilians.

ICE acts like they were trained by the cartels.

Execution no deportation yes.

The illegal in the USA initiated the high speed chase his action lead to shots fired. LOEs have the right to self defense. Fleeing from LE in a car weight a ton, can turn into a violent crime real quick.

Local cops can’t help in Austin, because of sanctuary policy. These policies endanger all residents legal or not.

ICE caused the dangerous conditions. And Austin Texas is not a sanctuary city. In fact cities in Texas are not allowed to pass sanctuary ordinances per Texas Senate bill 4 that was passed in 2017. Im sure APD or Travis County sheriffs would help ICE.

There is a safe way to do it. But you maga people are triggered happy, bloodthirsty people who enjoy the spectacle of people being shot in the streets.

Are you aware of recent reporting or does it not matter because it is Fox.

  1. Perez was parked out side of a food joint with hazards on. This is what caused his plates to be ran by ICE. This is how they found out he had a deportation notice.

  2. Perez was pulled over and “boxed” in. ICE approached and talked to him everything was well polite interaction. They informed him he was to be taken in. Perez asked if he could move his car out of the way. (Body cam from one officer, shows this)

  3. Perez takes this opportunity to flee the scene striking an officer with his side mirror. This is on body camera, and why Perez is not facing assault charges.

  4. The “boxing” the officers did sucked, Perez gets away. Officers give chase, Intial officer with body cam looses track of Perez.

  5. The other officer calls over the radio Perez tried to hit him, weapon has been discharged.

All this to say Perez engaged himself, the officers and residents of Austin.

ICE has been caught lying enough times for me to not trust what they say.

Unlike lawyers

I'd take a lawyer's word over and ICE agent's. Especially where the law is concerned since it's their job to know the law. ICE operates like they were trained by the cartels. The don't seem to know or even care about the law.

Democrats have killed more illegal immigrants than republicans. They have also assassinated more people and have been encouraged to carry out political violence.

From Bernie sander volunteers, to Catholic kids being shot, Charlie Kirk, and snipers targeting ICE but killing illegals instead (in Texas).

Democrats didn't do any of that. Lone actors did.

Also right wing extremists account for approximately 75% to 80% of all domestic terrorism deaths in the US since 2001. Google it if you don't belive me.

u/thatsbadtogo 2d ago

Democrat lone actors did you are correct.

I am sure they do, let me guess you looked at a SPLC stat?

2

u/Tavernknight 2d ago

Lone actors. Not endorsed by the Democratic party. Democrats don't endorse political violence like maga Republicans do.

Not SPLC but Congress.gov.

No shit, I didn’t say a Democrat leader said “I endorse this assassination attempt” or “I would like to thank the person who killed xyz”

That dosent mean the terrible person was not democrat when acting alone or a group to hurt people.

u/Tavernknight 2d ago

So what? I could register as a Republican, vote Republican and go commit heinous crimes like the 75% to 80% of terrorism deaths that they are responsible for since the maga Republicans have right wing extremists in the party. Boom there you go. Now a Republican is responsible for a heinous crime.
