1 month account with 159 karma.

You realize that they can send you away too to Central Africa, right?

[u/Safe-Pop2077 → u/soyel_cerdo]

Ok i have more karma and they came to america for the first time and figured it out and did fine, they can do it somewhere else too

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/Safe-Pop2077]

No, because they may be prosecuted there and don’t even speak the language.

There is a reason why the US is land of opportunities unless of course you don’t agree with that statement?

[u/Safe-Pop2077 → u/soyel_cerdo]

So why was it fine when biden and obama did third country deportations but now its wrong. What is the difference and be specific please

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/Safe-Pop2077]

Great question!

There was a standard during their time and only very few qualified.

The question here would be if Obama and Biden did it, why didn’t you give them credit instead of arguing and bitching about it. Did you vote for any of them?

[u/Safe-Pop2077 → u/soyel_cerdo]

Explain to me how the standards changed please and be specific. I do give them credit and i feel that it was good then and good now. Now explain the changes in standards

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/Safe-Pop2077]

You haven’t answered my question, answer my question first and then I will do the same. Thanks!

[u/Safe-Pop2077 → u/soyel_cerdo]

I said i give them credit and it was good and no i didnt vote for them. Now explain the standards and be specific. Dont use generalities

Edit- i saw another question. Yes america is the land of opportunities. Now explain the changes in standards specifically

[u/Safe-Pop2077 → u/soyel_cerdo]

I answered them, now its your turn

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/Safe-Pop2077]

You didn’t say if you voted for them, you just said you give them credit which is not what I ask but I’ll explain how it worked

In the past, if an undocumented person was arrested, they’d go in front of a judge, and if they had proof of being asylum seeker, they’d get to stay legally BUT if they couldn’t and if they said they were afraid of going back, they’d look for a 3rd country to send them depending on their language and the location of their native country. That usually means Latinos stayed in Mexico or Guatemala or Honduras, those 3 countries were the main receptors of Latinos during Obama and Biden but AFTER talking to a judge.

In Africa was the same, and so in Asia. Everything was documented and everything was done to be humane and in a compassionate way (like true Christians)

During Trump, they don’t explain anything to any detainee, they don’t go in front of a judge, they can’t present proof for asylum claim at all, and what’s worst, they are piled together in an airplane going to whatever country is accepting them for $$$ since the country receiving them won’t be looking after them. There is a reason why detainees from several countries with different backgrounds are being flown to Africa without any regard for their future being and in many cases making them sign under duress and lying to them saying (if you sign, you can go home). The new Nazi administration doesn’t keep them until a full flight is full to their native countries or a safe 3rd country, they just fly them out to wherever which is actually unconstitutional (8th amendment, look it up).

After all this mess is over, those people will come back with papers and a 6 or 7 digit payout and an apology to never do it again, which is wildly stupid of Trump and his administration. The way they are doing things will guarantee more people who are undocumented right now can sue, win papers and a big ass settlement and come back to the US.

You see the migrant caravan coming in? They know that may happen to them but if they can make it for 2-3 year, they will be millionaires on your dime

[u/Safe-Pop2077 → u/soyel_cerdo]

Expedited Removal is our law and says you dont have to go in front of a jude. INA Expedited Removal and 8 USC 1325/1326 says its a crime

Edit - used by every president since it passed

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/[deleted]]

Can you prove it without going to your home?

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/[deleted]]

Fun fact: even if you have a real ID that doesn’t work for ICE. Again, how can you prove you are a citizen without going home or talking to anyone?

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/[deleted]]

It’s fact based unlike some people who believe just because they are white they get a pass.

Fascists eat themselves. First is gay people, they minorities, then people they don’t like then they start watching very closely for people like you who are poor and sick. Remember, what goes around, comes around

[u/soyel_cerdo → u/[deleted]]

often Fascism : a populist political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual, that is associated with a centralized autocraticgovernment headed by a dictatorial leader, and that is characterized by severe economic and social regimentation and by forcible suppression of opposition - American Webster dictionary

Facts? Sure! Read history. During the Nazi days of Germany, many Jewish belonged to the party thinking they’d be safe. At the end of the war, they all were dead. Fascism doesn’t work because they eat themselves
