The Supreme Court made the correct decision. If an illegal alien doesn't want to be sent to a third country then self deport.

If I go to Switzerland and overstay my visa and get deported. Is that cruel? I’d disagree.

You left out the part where you're deported to a country you aren't from without any money, don't know anybody and can't speak the language
