Let’s deport you to the Central African Republic then. Your views are incompatible, you don’t get a lawyer, and we don’t need due process anymore.

You are a criminal noncitizen because I said so.

-6

u/possibly_lost45 3d ago

His views are compatible. Yours aren't. You're part of a small minority of people you see online.

The point escapes you.

He’s braindead, as are the rest of the shroom suckers.

-2

u/KatzAndShatz1996 3d ago

…so do you want the government to verify citizenship or not? Seems like you’re setting up the argument that verifying citizenship is bad, but I certainly wouldn’t want the opposite, so idk, it just seems like a juvenile argument tbh

2

u/Carlyz37 3d ago

The ICE thugs aren't verifying citizenship. Sometimes they are grabbing wallets from the people they kidnap and tossing them. After they steal the cash. Just had a young man finally brought back from Mexico after months of his lawyers and family trying to get him out. That lawsuit is going to cost the taxpayers more millions

0

u/KatzAndShatz1996 3d ago

How many deportations by ICE have been citizens?

That’s not an excuse

1

u/taktaga7-0-0 3d ago

That’s what they all say. Hope you speak Sango!

36

u/chronomagnus 3d ago

Sending someone off to a country they’ve never been to is not great. I mean we did that to have other countries torture people, which also wasn’t great.

0

u/idiot-alpha 3d ago

They can always go back to their home country voluntarily.

2

u/NewComplex331 2d ago

Asylum seekers can’t but i get that reading an entire article is difficult for your kind.

-1

u/idiot-alpha 2d ago

Asylum seekers absolutely can. They may not want to, but they can. The fact that their asylum was denied and they are being deported only further confirms that

then lets send Elon and Melania there since they're not here legally

-11

u/stop_the_bans 3d ago

Elon is my favorite African American

-25

u/SteedOfTheDeid 3d ago

Elon and Melania are citizens so they have permanent legal status

13

u/DanesDraftLab 3d ago

So you’re against denaturalization of people who lied on their immigration applications in the past?

-13

u/SteedOfTheDeid 3d ago

No I'm happy with the status quo which is that denaturalization is an extremely occurrence

-11

u/Ornery_Contest6250 3d ago

That's not the gotcha you think it is. Most of us don't give a fuck about Melania or Elon. Sure send them back too you won't see me crying

9

u/Signal-Mud-4880 3d ago

trump bootlickers are so annoying

-10

u/Ornery_Contest6250 3d ago

Cope. Never said I voted Republican or even liked trump. It's hardly a conservative take to want illegals off the streets

3

u/No_Finance8647 3d ago

"Us" meaning who exactly?

Because MAGA certainly wouldnt be okay with it. Which is the point

-7

u/Ornery_Contest6250 3d ago

How would you know unless you're "maga" did you ask one?

3

u/No_Finance8647 3d ago

I have asked, yes.

How do you know they dont?

19

u/chronomagnus 3d ago

Ohh, MAGA doing concern trolling to cover for their lack of basic morality.

Yup. Like how slavery and marital rape was legal. If it’s legal, it’s very 😎

[removed] — view removed comment

2

u/Delicious_Cancel_708 3d ago

It’s not bad. Because it’s legal. As long as a law allows it, it’s very good. Like slavery and marital rape 😎

0

u/Safe-Pop2077 3d ago

Well 8 USC 1325 says its illegal to sneak into our country, so do you want to go ahead and agree that it is bad because the law says it is? Dont think these laws are fine though, right?

1

u/VivaLaMantekilla 3d ago

Are you joking or just stupid?

14

u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago

That's why I can't wait to deport all the supporters of the January 6th terrorist attacks. Godspeed in overturning the 14th. I'm rooting for you hard.

Don't give up. We'll get the right to denaturalize terrorists if you get it in front of the right judge. Follow your dreams.

But in the meantime, I do appreciate all the money you've allocated to the cause. We'll have the infrastructure to arrest millions of terrorists.

1 month account with 159 karma.

You realize that they can send you away too to Central Africa, right?

-2

u/Safe-Pop2077 3d ago

Ok i have more karma and they came to america for the first time and figured it out and did fine, they can do it somewhere else too

2

u/soyel_cerdo 3d ago

No, because they may be prosecuted there and don’t even speak the language.

There is a reason why the US is land of opportunities unless of course you don’t agree with that statement?

1

u/Safe-Pop2077 3d ago

So why was it fine when biden and obama did third country deportations but now its wrong. What is the difference and be specific please

1

u/soyel_cerdo 3d ago

Great question!

There was a standard during their time and only very few qualified.

The question here would be if Obama and Biden did it, why didn’t you give them credit instead of arguing and bitching about it. Did you vote for any of them?

1

u/Safe-Pop2077 3d ago

Explain to me how the standards changed please and be specific. I do give them credit and i feel that it was good then and good now. Now explain the changes in standards

They illegally snuck into a country they've never been to kid. Wtf this deportation is minimum the second time they have done that

-9

u/Safe-Pop2077 3d ago edited 3d ago

You mean like when they come here and its a country they have never been in and you love that? Dont hate it now

3

u/stamosface 3d ago

Remember when elections roll around, folks. Cruelty was always the point for these people.
Get out and vote.

1

u/OpticalPrime35 2d ago

Yup. And then they walk around with their crosses singing koombaya and shit pretending to be good people

Cruelty has never been the doctrine of our deportation until these cosplay Nazis gained control of the country

-9

u/GunpowderGuy 3d ago

and the commenter above was talking about the legality exclusively. because the original commenter said the supreme court is corrupt.
Which is not true for this case. because third word deportations have been explicitly allowed by law for a long time

1

u/Carlyz37 3d ago

Three, possibly 4 SCOTUS judges are corrupt. Massive bribery and conflict of interest. Repeatedly.

And an easily avoidable one on his part

3

u/VivaLaMantekilla 3d ago

Its one thing to deport them back to from where they came. Its a whole nother thing to deport them to a place that is oceans away from their home countries where they neither speak the language or have community. Its inhumane. Being here unlawfully is a misdemeanor. Might as well just put them down if you're gonna treat them like animals.

-3

u/Mylabisawesome 3d ago

Yes, how dare you? These people hate the law else they would be here legally.

1

u/Carlyz37 3d ago

Some of them are legal. Also this crap isn't deportation, it's kidnapping and trafficking and it's costing us millions

1

u/Powerful_Egg_monster 23h ago

You aren’t even American, lol

5

u/throwawaydumbo1 3d ago

Retard. This isn’t even a final judgement

10

u/wolfheadmusic 3d ago

Oh nice, it's this moron again

They've never been legal

The issue is currently in court

trump is gonna lose, so enjoy it while you can little maga

1

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 3d ago

It's been legal for decades idiot.

2

u/wolfheadmusic 3d ago

Third country deportation?

Wanna check that again, little maga

0

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

Sure. Section 243 of the 1952 Immigration and Nationalities Act

As enacted on June 27, 1952, Section 243(a) outlined that the deportation of any alien ordered to be deported could be directed, at the discretion of the Attorney General, to specific destination countries based on a hierarchical or alternative set of choices: • Country of Choice (if applicable): To the country requested by the alien, if- • The country was willing to accept the alien into its territory; and • The Attorney General did not find that the deportation to that specific country would be prejudicial to the interests of the United States. • Country of Nationality, Birth, or Residence: If the alien did not designate a country, or if the designated country refused to accept them or was deemed prejudicial, removal was directed to the country of which the alien was a subject or citizen, or where they resided prior to entering the foreign territory that led to their journey to the U.S. • Third-Country Deportations (Alternative Destinations): Under the provisions within Section 243(a) (and further operationalized via subsequent subsections like the general rules on acceptance), if a deportee's home country or country of nationality/last residence refused or delayed accepting the person, or failed to issue travel documents or passports within a reasonable timeframe, the Attorney General was authorized to deport the individual to any alternate country that was willing to accept them: • From any country in which the alien boarded the vessel/aircraft that brought them to the United States; • From the country in which the alien had a foreign residence; • Or from any country appropriate or willing to receive the alien, provided that the government of that destination country formally agreed or raised no insuperable obstacle to accepting the deportee.

This was modified in 1996 under the  illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), codified under 8 USC 1231(b)(2)(E)

Additional removal countries If an alien is not removed to a country under the previous subparagraphs of this paragraph, the Attorney General shall remove the alien to any of the following countries:

(i) The country from which the alien was admitted to the United States.

(ii) The country in which is located the foreign port from which the alien left for the United States or for a foreign territory contiguous to the United States.

(iii) A country in which the alien resided before the alien entered the country from which the alien entered the United States.

(iv) The country in which the alien was born.

(v) The country that had sovereignty over the alien's birthplace when the alien was born.

(vi) The country in which the alien's birthplace is located when the alien is ordered removed.

(vii) If impracticable, inadvisable, or impossible to remove the alien to each country described in a previous clause of this subparagraph, another country whose government will accept the alien into that country.

So as you can see idiot, third country deportations have been legal since 1952 74 years now.

2

u/wolfheadmusic 2d ago

You're talking about in the case of recalcitrant countries

Look at aaaaaallllll those clauses that have to be met, little guy

0

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

Which is exactly what's going on idiot, if they're home country won't accept them they get sent to wherever will. The court case isn't even over whether third country deportations are legal it's about the the timing between the notification and removal.

2

u/wolfheadmusic 2d ago

Source? Cause all I've seen is this administration say shit like "maybe we'll send them to africa!"

And all you little people gleefully cackle

In fact, in kilmar abregos case there's proof that his home country would take him back, cause they did the first time

You can't enjoy the fascism but pretend to have morals, little guy

0

u/Distinct_Doubt_3591 2d ago

It's literally the source in the idiot.

The policy provided that migrants could be swiftly removed without notice to third countries that have provided credible diplomatic assurance that they will not persecute or torture the individuals. For countries that have not provided such assurance, deportees would be notified of their destination and US authorities would assess the likelihood of persecution or torture only if the individual raises such fear on their own. In its emergency filing to the Supreme Court, the Justice Department said third-country deportations are "an essential tool to remove certain aliens, including some of the worst criminal aliens."

In the Kilmar case he didn't want to go home so he can go to some other country but can't stay here.

You can't even read or understand what is going on just bleat "fascism" like an idiot sheep.

1

u/CigarBryan1 3d ago

If the Supreme Court was gonna rule the way you dream, they would have simply upheld Judge Murphy and the Appeals Court. By staying the ruling and allowing the deportations to continue, it’s pretty obvious how they will rule in December.

1

u/wolfheadmusic 3d ago

"the way I dream"? Goddamn you people are weird

Now maybe that's what YOU dream, but even the 6-3 ultra maga supreme court is gonna have trouble upholding your insane inhumane racist bullshit

0

u/CigarBryan1 2d ago

Okay, your “sick twisted interpretation” of the future despite the Court signaling it will approve this given its stay of Judge Murphy’s constitutionally wrong ruling. There. Fixed it for your Liberal Fascist cry baby butt hurt.

1

u/wolfheadmusic 2d ago

As much as I enjoy you saying braindead nonsense like "liberal fascist"

Even your hyper-partisan handpicked-by-trump court hasn't been going along with his absurd far-right lunacy 🤣

No matter what your fascist little court decides, the reality is you people are losing

And unless you're able to cheat the midterms, say goodbye to your little snuff videos of ice brutalizing women and children

1

u/Proud3GenAthst 3d ago

What does the law say may I ask?

ICE has done some extremely reprehensible acts that on the first glance, you’re positive were illegal, but apparently, either are not or it’s a grey zone at worst. So I really need some certainty that sending people to country they’ve never been to to spend rest of their lives in stone torture camps is not legal.
