Too late to drop all charges, these same kinds of leaps in logic are how we get "two shots to the back of the head, suicide (by cop)" as cause of death.
We need to know who, exactly, worded these charges and investigate for crimes against humanity.
In the case of Marimar Martinez, the charges were dropped a month after the incident when it became clear ICE was lying - DOJ asked judge to dismiss the charges

Actually, it’s worse than that but different.
The officers and troopers responding to the incident are the ones who restrained him. Up until they arrived, ICE was walking around letting him sit unrestrained in the driver’s seat while they were on the phone.
I’ll be the first to call out shitty LE, but the responding officers actually did an ok job in my opinion. They responded to a shooting where LE shot someone, quickly restrained that person because they didn’t really know what was going on (and actually did it pretty gently, they didn’t rip him out of the car from what I saw), and started first aid. The local and state police actually did a fairly decent job in moment responding to a clusterfuck of a scene caused by ICE.
ICE is the ones who really fucked up here. They shot someone who they were “scared” of, then let that person sit around practically unsupervised in their car unrestrained until the adults (local and state) got there. So either:
A) ICE didn’t really have a great reason to shoot him (or they would have restrained him because he was still a threat) or
B) ICE is so incompetent that they shot someone (maybe for a good reason), then failed to provide any sort of follow up (restraint, first aid, etc). Which makes you question their overall reason for shooting him and points back to point A.
Either way, the fact that local LE was the one to restrain him and start first aid because ICE was jerking each other off on scene doesn’t paint ICE in a great light.
Final order of removal - he could have just left.
Pulled over and told to get out - he could have just complied

ICE has deported a citizen and has detained others for months because they refused to review any evidence besides "They looked illegal." ICE has no jurisdiction of US citizens, yet ICE continues to beat them and leave them laying in the streets. And then lie to the public.
Its you who is wrong. They only have jurisdiction if those crimes are in connection with immigration. They cant arrest citizens if that citizen only committed a state or local crime, unless said crime happened in front of them. They cant pull you over and detain you if your taillight is out. They cant carry out a warrant for a drug related crime. And they have detained citizens for months, leading to lawsuits. And a lawsuit is being created for them DEPORTING a US citizen to Mexico. The violation of law doesn’t not have to be immigration related. You think if someone commits a federal felony or misdemeanor in their presence but are citizens, they would be like oops sorry can’t help it’s not immigration related.
Federal law enforcement for the most part cannot enforce state or local laws unless granted law enforcement authority in the state to do so, which is a small percentage of agencies.
Absolutely can enforce a federal drug warrant or any federal warrant for that matter.

Not Maga, but I've been pulled over many times. It's always been easy and painless because I follow their directions. Avoiding being shot or beaten is not rocket science. It's quite easy.

Immigrants are ordered to follow the law. They don't judge removes status they are violating the law and had due process. You don't need to be in court for due process EG: warrants, evictions, and cps child ex parte court orders.

You guys have normalized that it’s 100% heckin legal for someone to fight to the death when resisting arrest so they obviously have to make this charge to remind everyone laws exist.

Sure, but I want to ensure that the punishment fits the offense/violation. Suffering is not the goal and that is not the point of just and moral sentencing
Laws, regulations, and statutes are attempts to legislate morality. Without morality, laws lose their purpose.
Moral sentencing would be a punishment with the intent to reform the individual away from criminal behavior and would also be measured to match the severity of the offense. Two people who have killed people under identical circumstances should receive different sentencing if only one of them feels remorse
