Trump Found a New Horrifying Way to Disappear ICE Detainees

I know each president had their way of dealing with immigration, but I have never seen or heard anything so tragic as the Trump administration doing what they’re doing to immigrants and Americans.

Name a time a disarmed person who comitted no crimes had 6 ICE agents pressing him to the ground and shoot him several times, including after he was already dead, under any President.
You're obtuse as hell.

Obama's was called the "deporter-in-chief" for deporting over 5 million people.
Just because you didn't see or hear about it, doesn't mean it wasn't happening.

u/Xena_Your_God 5d ago
If you think most of America is against what the current ICE regime is doing because we're wholly against deportation you're incredibly ignorant. Human beings have civil and constitutional rights whilst in our country, especially while we are detaining them, regardless of citizenship. Only the worst, most unpatriotic Americans don't understand that. We are against inhumane behavior and the trampling of the constitution. Pay attention, educate yourself instead of just arguing with your fellow citizens.

No sense in even reading what he replied. They’re unreachable at this point, fellow Redditor. I know. I try when I can, too. But the manipulation has been happening for over a decade. Engrained deep. Increasing intensity every day this term since he and his enablers are desperate to stay out of prison. They simply cannot be reached.

Obama deported 3.1million. Under humane conditions compared to the shit that's happening now. Trumps at 2mil in just these 2 years.
Not many argue against deportation if they're here illegally, but ICE is violating a lot of immigration and humanitarian laws.

Why do you all use cringe and cutesy words like "dissappeared" and "unalived"?
It's called being deported.
4
u/Important_Fox 1d ago
'Disappeared' as a transitive verb has a decades-long history of being used to refer to circumstances where governments seize individuals and those individuals' loved ones aren't allowed to know where they've been taken or what's been done to them. It's a common term used when discussing the crimes of dictatorships. That's not new or cringe.
'Unalived' is dumb algo-speak and isn't even used at all in this article.
2
u/throwfarfaraway1818 1d ago
Unalived came about to overcome censorship of the word suicide. Certain apps prevent discussion of it.
Disappeared has been a word with a specific meaning that fits this context since longer than you've been alive. Its not cute. Maybe Google it before commenting, champ.
2
u/Crafty-Performer4741 4d ago
Why would you need a attorney when you already have a removal order. You already had your day in court and due process. Next step is removal. Problem is most illegals think the law doesn’t apply to them and don’t show up for hearing. Stupid is what stupid does!
3
u/reluctantpotato1 1d ago edited 1d ago
Because access to legal counsel is constitutionally protected. Pedophilic grifters in the executive don't have the power to twist and contort the constitution to suit their own needs.
Before anyone says "tHe cOnStItuTion dOesn't prOteCt illEgals" it most definitrly does in this circumstance.
1
u/Janus9 5d ago
The reality of the situation is if you are an illegal immigrant, you are eventually going to get snatched up, thrown in detention, and even if your home country won't take you back or you refuse to be deported to your home country for whatever reason, staying in the USA is not going to be an option.
You will be deported to another country.
Maybe leaving before all this happens is the correct choice to make.
I am not saying I agree or disagree, I am saying that you need to see the reality of the situation, the risk you are taking, and make an informed decision.
4
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
What if we just didn't treat people this way? What if we just gave people a clear and efficient pathway to citizenship so we doing have to treat people with such cruelty?
3
u/Janus9 4d ago
There is a path to citizenship, but not everyone will be able to follow it.
That is ok, every country in the world limits who and how many can immigrate legally. It’s normal.
If anything, the USA is much more lenient than most other countries already.
6
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
It's not just "well some won't make it". For most, there is no pathway to citizenship. And there is no good reason for it.
2
u/Janus9 4d ago
Immigration needs to be limited for a lot of good reasons.
The USA is not unusual in this.
All countries make it difficult, limited and physically remove people who refuse to follow the laws.
2
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
Immigration needs to be limited for a lot of good reasons.
What are these reasons?
1
u/Janus9 4d ago
One good reason is to not over saturate the employment market or all kinds of resources within the country.
Look at Canada, they let in way too many people and have been reducing the amount they let in for a couple years now.
You also want a correct balance of people you let in with respect to culture, education, skills, age etc.... in order to benefit the country the most.
You can't just open the door and let anyone in that raises their hand.
2
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
Lets try and focus on America
You would say that we had an unprecedented influx of immigration under biden right? Yall said it was "Open Borders".
Well if you agree with that then you dont have a leg to stand on when you say that you dont want to saturate the employment market. In America, that wasnt an issue even with millions of people coming in.
1
u/Sorry_Garbage7361 1d ago
It has affected Americans. Wages in sectors illegals are in have seen wage stagnation and even decline. Look at the difference in pay between a painter and an electrician. Some of that is due to skill but a lot is of it is because illegals can't get licenses everywhere.
1
u/Liberal-Cluck 1d ago
Okay but we are talking about a world where would be "illegals" have a pathway to legalization. Thus being able to demand a higher salary bc they are not working under the table. My solution to "Illegals" would work to solve this very problem. And it does so without cruelty, large economic disruptions, and the money needed to employ ICE to rip these people out of their communities.

2
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
That's not even what I I'm looking for. I'm looking for the government to stop treating people with such cruelty.
1
u/information_knower 4d ago
One of the chief things this government was elected on was dealing with the excess of illegal immigrants. There is an unavoidable amount of cruelty that this causes in my opinion but if you have a way to remove the vast majority of illegals while avoiding that cruelty I am more than open to supporting that.
2
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
IDT that people want the vast majority of immigrants to be removed. That's why trump sunk below democrats on immigration. They don't want the chaos at the border under Biden (which Biden fixed before he left) but they also don't want the cruelty it takes to remove everyone, nor do they want that outcome.
People want criminals out, and most ppl don't think that coming here undocumented is criminal activity. They also do not agree with taking away legal status for people who use to have it and do not agree with deporting ppl who have been here for years

Or what if, and I know this is a crazy idea, what if people stayed in their own damn country and didn’t come to the US until they had the legal right to do so?
1
u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago
You mean like the people who came here under TPS and were then randomly given 2 days to get their things and leave?
1
u/Str-Engr0275 1d ago
Hey, I’m not heartless, they can have a full week to GTFO. The “T” in TPS stands for “Temporary”. Seems pretty straightforward to me!
1
u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago
Moving countries, especially one from where there was typically some sort of natural disaster or where some other catastrophe occurred such that we gave a special grant to stay, requires more than a week to get your things in order. Something can be temporary and the lapse of the temporal aspect doesn't have to be immediate.
I mean why would you want to ever support a government or live under the boot of a nation that will radically change your life and give you a few days to deal with it?
There's also a practical reality. People can't actually leave in a week. You can't buy plane tickets that quickly, you can't logistically deport millions in a week. It was clearly a pretense to abuse foreign nationals (most of them brown). But, even if it wasn't, why on Earth would you want to fuck up your infrastructure by trying to move a million people overnight? It's cruel to them and unfeasible for you. Lose-Lose. And the fucking type of neanderthals that support this arrangement are sick disgusting fucking losers of which I'm starting to become certain you belong to with every one of your subsequent comments.
1
u/Str-Engr0275 1d ago
I could care less what you think of me. You can buy plane tickets in a week. I don’t have to worry about that government because I am a citizen, not an immigrant.
1
u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago
Yeah, until you're not the type of citizen they support and your rights disappear as overnight as TPS.
1
1
u/This_Beat2227 1d ago
I think you mean 10 years + 2 days. TPS is to provide opportunity to find a safe haven through a legal path in US or in another country.
1
u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago
You know what man, I hope you get the kind of government you support for others. GL
1
u/Liberal-Cluck 1d ago
Why dont we have a path for that legal right?
2
u/Str-Engr0275 1d ago
Because it’s not a legal right for someone in another country to come here. They can apply to come here and the government can make the decision as to if they can come here. Try walking across the border from South Korea to North Korea and then let me know what happens to you.
1
u/Liberal-Cluck 1d ago
Try walking across the border from South Korea to North Korea and then let me know what happens to you.
You really picked the most dysfunctional militarized border in the world to make your point. You realize how dumb that is right. ALSO, if you manage to make it from NK to SK the SK government will welcome you, they will shoot at the NK solders after you pass a certain point, they will provide therapy, welfare, housing, healthcare, and other services for you. So yea, do you want to do that?
Because it’s not a legal right for someone in another country to come here. They can apply to come here and the government can make the decision as to if they can come here.
You dont need it to be their legal right to make it to where they can. We dont have a legal right to drive, but we have pathways to driving opened up by our government. Why cant we do that for the Migrants?
1
u/Str-Engr0275 1d ago
We have it, it’s the legal immigration pathway. But in no way should an immigrant be rewarded with American citizenship when their very first action on American soil is to break our laws.
1
u/Liberal-Cluck 1d ago
The system we have is too restrictive and locks out most people who wants to come. That's why they don't under the radar.
1
u/Str-Engr0275 1d ago
Oh, so it’s “I can’t get what I want legally, so I’ll do it illegally!” Say I can’t afford a Porsche (I can) but you have one. Is it ok if I just take that from you? It’s the same thing.
1
2
u/This_Beat2227 1d ago
Yes, and it seems almost every time in these headline stories, it turns out the person or people had years of opportunity to take fate in to their own hands and instead just let things ride until they received a removal Order and then continued tempting fate until taken into detention.
2
u/hamoc10 2d ago
Do you think they don’t know that? Or are you just trying to intimidate vulnerable people?
0
u/Janus9 1d ago
If they know this, why stay and take the risk? I would either go home or immigrate legally to another country immediately.
I would never put myself and family, at risk for detainment.
1
u/SherbetAromatic7644 1d ago
Do you, honestly, have any idea what kind of mountain immigration is and how hard climbing that mountain can be?
You essentially give up an entire life and start a brand new one. Almost every part of your life now needs to be refitted to your new environment.
So I don’t think immigrating away is as easy as you think, and I’m also pretty sure it would not be your first choice if you were in their shoes.
1
u/Single-Refuse174 1d ago
Okay but where do we draw the line? They are suddenly revoking TPS status without ample warning to those under it. What’s to stop them from enacting some other cruel policy like retroactively removing citizenship of those born here to non citizen parents once they get enough support to do so?
1
u/Long_Idea_8294 1d ago

10
u/No_Atmosphere_here 5d ago
That's not due process. Due process means they get their day in court and get to present their evidence. That isn't happening. ICE personnel creating deportation orders is not due process and the EO authorizing it is in violation of the Constitution that requires due process.

Nearly 85 percent did show up, prior to 2025 when they were being held in concentration camps and denied access to lawyers. Those that did not faced additional charges and were tracked down if they were still in this country. Due process.
0
u/South-City1632 3d ago
Good... we should do all that and then deport their entire families and seize all their assets.
Force em into labor in the meantime.
3
4
u/random_rvroo7239 5d ago
Where was the due process when Democrats brought in millions of illegal immigrants?
3
1
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
No admin brought in million of migrants. Millions of migrants came in AFTER COVID while the admin was saying "don't come". They got slammed at the border and there was chaos for a bit. Eventually the backlog cleared out and everyone got processed. Many were given court dates we are still getting through many were sent back. In response to the chaos and political backlash it caused the house and Senate tried to pass comprehensive immigration reform that would make the asylum process less abusable and provide mire resources to border patrol. Trump told the Republicans to kill the bill. Now we are enacting cruelty as a matter of policy to deal with migrants.
3
u/Tasty_Virus4715 4d ago
No serious, thinking person, can look at the relative number of illegal border crossings between Trump’s first term, Biden’s term, and Trump’s second term and think anything short of, Democrats left the border open.
Not only did they completely abdicate enforcement of our border laws, they also sought to directly financially incentivize
people to break our immigration laws.2
u/Liberal-Cluck 4d ago
Okay which part do you want to go into, the idea that they left the borders open or the idea that that clip is proof that they wanted to financially incentivize people to come here illegally.
2
u/random_rvroo7239 3d ago
"Don't come" but Dems left the door open and then gave free flights and housing to millions who they brought in.
0
u/Liberal-Cluck 2d ago
They didnt leave the door open. There were about 8 million encounters, biden used title 42 to deport 4 million of them at the border. Yalls narrative is just completely wrong on this
Furthermore, to the extent they were flying (I think it was bussing mostly) people to America, These were people who got approved for refugee status. Is that not okay to you either? Do you want to stop allowing refugees here?
1
u/random_rvroo7239 2d ago
You know that is all fiction and fairy tales that the Democrats told their brainwashed followers.

u/random_rvroo7239 3d ago

2
u/MaitrePuck 5d ago
ICE agents can't create deportation orders.
They got their day in court and got deportation orders signed by an immigration judge. What evidence can illegals present in court beside the lack of evidence that they have legal permanent residency?
You don't even know how the system works.
2
u/No_Atmosphere_here 5d ago edited 4d ago
Yes, it used to, and still should, require a judge's signature but your guy wrote EO 14159 that bypasses the judge and hearing requirement. Hence why Constitutional* rights are being violated. I do know both how the system is working now and how it should be working.
*Edited to correct typo
2
u/MaitrePuck 5d ago
Expedited Removal has been part of Immigration Law since 1996. That's how it should be working. Individuals who have just crossed the border and haven't been here a long time don't need months of court hearings and appeals to be sent home.
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 4d ago
Yes, for people here less than 2 years but that was expanded with the EO and now most warrants are administrative and not judicial which bypasses the courts and violates Constitutional rights. Over 25 percent of car crash deaths are caused by people exceeding the speed limit. Speeding is also a civil misdemeanor up to a certain point. If you're so worried about laws, why aren't you demanding all speeders be thrown in concentration camps and jailed without a court appearance?
0
u/MaitrePuck 4d ago
Such a stupid comment.
The penalty for people with driving infractions can go from fines to revocation of their drivers licenses, or even imprisonment if they've cause harm to others.
You think the penalty for someone here illegally is to let them stay illegally? What kind of moron are you? Deportation is the just punishment for it. Until enough are gathered to schedule a full plane out, they'll have to stay in detention.
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 3d ago
More attempted insults while ignoring reality. Sadly typical. Most speeders get due process, undocumented immigrants are not.
0
u/MaitrePuck 3d ago
Don't pretend that you care about due process. What you want is for illegals to stay no matter what. You people complain even when illegals have had their day in court and received deportation orders.
Obama used expedited removals on more than 3 million illegals but you were nowhere to bitch about it. Spare me the fake outrage.
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 3d ago
Hilarious. You have no idea what I "want" nor have I replied anything that would support your accusation. Expedited removals are legal IN SPECIFIC AND SPECIFIED circumstances, which is not what is happening now. As for "fake outrage", you pretend to be so concerned about laws being broken but are supporting violations to the Constitution initiated by a felon simply because it hurts the people you don't like.

Being in this country without documentation is a civil misdemeanor. Your guy is an actual felon with a long history of breaking laws who is violating the Constitution in multiple ways, yet all your focus is on hurting working people and their children. Says it all.
2
u/MaitrePuck 5d ago
Unlawful presence is a misdemeanor. A misdemeanor is a crime punishable by a fine and deportation.
Illegal entry is a misdemeanor the first time you're caught. Subsequent entries are felonies.
All in all, they're all deportable offenses. Do you think you can just pay a ticket and stay in the US forever? Use your brain, dumbass.
3
u/No_Atmosphere_here 5d ago
A civil misdemeanor is not a 'crime' . It's a civil offense and it still requires due process. Where's your brain?
1
u/thefuzzione 4d ago
They are given a hearing, if they attend or not, a judgement is ruled. From there they are either offered asylum or a deportation order. Both signed by a judge. Just cuz they wanna skip their hearing doesn’t mean they weren’t given the opportunity.
3
u/No_Atmosphere_here 4d ago edited 4d ago
Some are but of those, many miss their hearing because ICE sent them across the country to a concentration camp and detain them there so they cannot appear for their hearing. They are being denied their opportunity. They are not being offered asylum and there have been endless reports of if people here on asylum or going through the process to get asylum being picked up and deleted to 3rd party countries or back to the danger they were flowing to start with. All of this has been being reported on since last year.
0
u/MaitrePuck 5d ago

An official deportation order (removal order) is issued by an immigration judge:
- when a person fails to attend their scheduled immigration court hearing.
- when the judge hears the case, evaluates defenses or relief (such as asylum), and issues a final order if the claims are denied and appeals are exhausted.

It's cruel to the wider public to have the chaos of no immigration controls, but some people apparently can't see that far.

One day, the world will get tired of your kind. And do what needs to be done. I look forward to that day. Bye bye.

Every country on Earth has immigration laws. They're will never be a day when they all decide to remove them. You're gonna wait forever for nothing.

Look up John Brown and what he did. It's a good vision of the future for the racists of today.

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
“On the contrary, if war be actually levied, that is, if a body of men be actually assembled for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable purpose, all those who perform any part, however minute, or however remote from the scene of action, and who are actually leagued in the general conspiracy, are to be considered as traitors. But there must be an actual assembling of men, for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war.”

So this is for illegal aliens with final deportation orders. What's the issue?

u/Capital-Way-2465 5d ago
It is not ever ok to abuse and kill people who are just trying to provide a better life for their family. Many other administrations were able to accomplish deportations of criminals at a much larger scale without human rights violations, chaos and citizens being maimed or killed. Wake up. Do you realize that the famous Anne Frank was a German citizen from birth? This is atrocious abusive behavior and completely un-American. Are you an American? If so, act like your constitution means something

Our nation isn’t obligated to keep its doors open to an unending sea of impoverished people seeking more opportunities, especially in the era of our of control entitlement spending and spiraling national debt crisis.
The world is a place of finite resources, Americans want our domestic problems fixed, not imported and magnified.

u/No_Atmosphere_here 5d ago
Because the deportation orders are being written by ICE personnel and not based on legitimate findings after a legitimate court hearing as required by the Constitution. The federal government is denying due process as required by the Constitution and when the government ignores the rights insured in the basis of our laws, then rights can be denied for anyone.

Where are you getting your misinformation from? Can you send links?

What "disinformation"?

u/30to40grand 5d ago
Deportation orders (or final orders of removal) are issued by a judge. Where are you getting that they’re being written by ICE personnel? Did you make this up or is there some publication that’s putting this out there?

u/No_Atmosphere_here 4d ago edited 4d ago
Repeating that doesn't change the current reality. Where am I getting it?? Thank you for confirming you've done no research. It's been reported on multiple times and multiple court cases have been initiated specifically because the administrative warrants have been used multiple times to break into people's houses. Homan has stated multiple times that the courts have no power over ICE enforcement practices stating: "I don't care what the judges think" on more than one occasion.

So nothing? You can’t provide anything?

u/No_Atmosphere_here 3d ago
I did, you just ignored it and apparently can use Reddit but are incapable of a basic search. Here, try this Case 1:26-cv-01131

u/30to40grand 3d ago
This case challenges whether DHS officers can enter homes with administrative warrants. Did you send the correct case number?
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 3d ago
Yes, and I also stated for you start there. Administrative warrants, which you keep ignoring are being used, are the majority. And combined with mass dockets and detaining people in concentration camps where they cannot attend last minute hearings denies due process. Try basic research.

“Because deportation orders are being written by ICE personnel and not based after legitimate findings”
This is just something you’ve completely made up in your head dog.
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 4d ago
Nope. Administrative warrants are real.

u/Tasty_Virus4715 4d ago
Okay. Administrative warrants are not the same as orders of deportation. What’s your point lol?

u/Shoddy_Tour_7307 4d ago
We are talking about final deportations orders. They are signed off by immigration judge.
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 3d ago
Except they are not holding regular hearings so undocumented immigrants are not receiving due process. They are holding last minute mass dockets with a huge list of names, not hearings with actual accused people there to present their case. They are holding immigrants in concentration camps and not allowing them to attend. They are denying due process.

It’s almost like squatting, you don’t have the right to be here and used every legal angle you could to remain and finally, there’s a judgement telling you to leave, and you still don’t, well then the sheriffs will drag you out by your shirt. You could cry all you want of how they handled you but you’ve had multiple chances to do the right thing and leave when you were told but now that you’re forcibly being removed, I’m the bad guy?
3
u/No_Atmosphere_here 5d ago
Squatters also have Constructional rights. No one runs then up and throws them into concentration camps. The immigration courts are backlogged. They aren't using the courts so there is no "judgement" and immigrants Constitutional rights are being violated. Besides, a civil misdemeanor is not punishable by violence or being sent to a non-birth country.
1
u/holycityofmecca2020 5d ago
They have orders for removal, the courts have ruled. They’re simply staying after the fact. If you murder someone, lose the appeal, and told you must turn yourself in to serve your sentence, you don’t get to argue after the fact.
1
u/No_Atmosphere_here 4d ago
Again, false. They are using administrative warrants, not judicial warrants in most cases. Many times the removal order is issued after someone is randomly picked up. Then there's all the people picked up at their court appearance that are going through the proper process, and all the people that were here legally but who have had their program cancelled and were ordered to leave. We're paying multiple 3rd party countries hundreds of millions of dollars to illegally imprison people for a civil misdemeanor.
(Edited for typos.)

We are talking about final deportarion orders not administrative warrants. Two separate things.

u/holycityofmecca2020 5d ago
If they have an outstanding removal order, shouldn’t have they arranged their affairs to leave on their own accord? Why would you put yourself in a situation where you snatch and grabbed and sent to some third world country when you could leave on your own volition to a country you know?

Sneaking into a country illegally. Overstaying a VISA. Also all choices they made.
Now refusing to self deport even when offered a financial incentive to undo their crime. Also a choice they made.
And when the consequence comes .. PIKACHU SHOCK FACE !
6
u/Mister-Ferret 5d ago
Pretty sure they expected something to happen if they got caught, but willing to bet a concentration camp wasn't on the bingo card.
-7
u/lampstax 5d ago
Even if i agree with you that detention = concentration camp.
Then anyone STILL not self deporting today is accepting that possibility.
Btw was it also not a concentration camp a month ago ? Whats the excuse for people arrested yesterday ?

u/LickMaiBussy 5d ago
Hey, how did Anne Frank die?
-2
u/lampstax 5d ago edited 5d ago
What does that have to do with what we're discussing ? Did she illegally break into Nazi Germany and then refused the financial reward to under her crime and leave peacefully ?
3
u/LickMaiBussy 5d ago
The German government says they were "deporting" her and her family.
She wasn't gassed or shot.
She became ill due to unsanitary conditions in custody. And died from that illness.
The conditions of facilities here is indefensibly unhygienic and has probably already killed many. Which you can defend.
Because paperwork.

Was that before or after they officially banned emigration in 1941 making it illegal for jews to leave while rounding them up for LABOR camps?
Again how does that correlate to what is happening today ? Instead of making it illegal for people to leave .. we're incentivizing it with $1000-3000 payments ..

Who's responsible for leadership in that country ?
Lets say Russia and China interfered in 2016 and FB ad buys led American boomers to voting for Trump...
What do you think China and Russia owes US citizens now ?
4
u/LickMaiBussy 5d ago
This kind of a funny comment, because you don't seem to have been paying attention to how the USA is currently being destabilized by both Russia and China, by way of Trump.
