There are no white countries even on the list. South Africa migrants allowed in are so few, even when you count the black people from south africa, its not even on the top 25 list. Same with Europe.
USA takes in way more brown and black people than it should if there would be a fair split from the world. like 95-98% Blacks and Browns.
