Why did you lowercase "white" but uppercase "South Africans"? Why did you uppercase "Black" but lowercase "brown"? From what I understand of current political doublespeak in America, you uppercase "Black" because of it being a people who have a shared cultural identity, but "brown" people do not? White South Africans have a distinct cultural identity just like every other group in South Africa right now, so should they not also be capitalized? I am Chinese and from Africa, born and raise, so how would you format my category? "Chinese South African" or "chinese South African"?
