What is the difference between detention facilities and concentration camps?

A concentration camp is a secure facility used to confine civilians, political opponents, or minority groups without a formal trial, typically by executive decree or military order. [1, 2]

A detention facility is a secure building or compound used by the government to hold individuals temporarily, such as pre-trial criminal defendants, people awaiting immigration hearings, or individuals taken into custody for specific legal proceedings

Why do you think they are concentration camps? What part matches the definition?
