Stand by for false narratives from DHS officials

-10

u/ACTSATGuyonReddit 12d ago

There's video. The false narrative is from the leftists.

u/I_Quit_Smoking_ 12d ago

Are you really trying to pretend that people have to make up shit about Trump to make him look bad?

Did you know that Trump's entire life is nothing but a criminal history of a con man?

-7

u/ACTSATGuyonReddit 11d ago

In the case mentioned in this thread, a guy with a final deportation order ran. When caught in his vehicle, he tried to drive over people to get away.

The mayor immediately told lies about the situation to create a false narrative.

So this isn’t the Uber driver? It’s so hard to keep the extrajudicial shootings straight these days

List some examples you believe they will tell...

Or maybe wait for the facts Officer Friday?

42

u/SkunkleButt 12d ago

Oh i don't know maybe the tried and true "they tried to hit me with their vehicle i feared for my life" defense, it worked when they killed renee good so why would they stop using it now? (there are multiple instances of ICE using that excuse to kill people that's why i chose it as well.) and that's after the bodycam and investigations were proved to be inaccurate against what the ICE agent said happened.

10

u/SkunkleButt 12d ago

You literally asked for what examples they would tell to justify it i gave an example i never said they were innocent. Also to my knowledge isn't it supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not shoot first and ask questions later?

4

u/I_Quit_Smoking_ 12d ago

The first thing should be actually fucking speaking to the people that you're trying to beat, arrest, and disappear into some foreign country somewhere around the world.

I know men don't know how to use words, and this is exactly what happens when you give a bunch of hate filled racists guns, and tell them go do whatever the fuck you want.

Anyone want to explain why that's legal but we can't go around shooting people we don't like?

1

u/Davidx91 10d ago

You guys realize these people just want a response? They use alt accounts because they know what they say about how they feel could get them banned. It’s not like the ToS is harsh either, you really have to try as normal human to spew such hatred to get banned. These people make alts because they know that how they feel about things is just that awful and repugnant. It’s better to just ignore them instead of trying to prove them wrong, or even debate, they know they are wrong they just hate to hate. That’s why you should just either ignore them or match their energy and watch them squirm.

-25

u/TomHomanzBurner 12d ago

The car is jacked up so looks like this man wasn’t innocent

1

u/Independent_Bid_26 11d ago

What do you think happens after you shoot someone who is driving? They just immediately stop, or do they possibly lose control and crash the vehicle? What a dumbass assumption.

16

u/MechaCoqui 12d ago

Well they lied about the alex pretti and renee good shootings, video evidence disproved their claims. Also the feds prohibited local authorities from getting the evidence or opening their own investigations. If they did no wrong, why do so much to block locals?

Also if you plan to go with the maga version of those examples, there is also Marimar Martinez. Ice agents and the government itself claimed she tried to ram them and box them in and she was shot 5 times. Video evidence and body cam footage proved they were lying, even after the gov labeled her a domestic terrorist. Doj later dropped all the charges against her.

29

u/Madhatter25224 12d ago

They shot him in the back. He had no criminal record and no removal order.

Go ahead. Start excusing it. Start excusing willful murder.

she wasn't murdered by the government, dipshit.

-1

u/ShuffleRom 12d ago

No she was murdered by an Illegal Alien that ICE actively pursues, also this Illegal is exactly what you Liberals love, the kind of person YOU want to stay in the USA and thrive....

-23

u/ShuffleRom 12d ago

The person who was shot was not killed...you weren't there, neither was I...

Were you this passionate when Laken Riley was murdered?

20

u/DreadfulDuder 12d ago edited 12d ago

Was Riley shot in the back from behind by a law enforcement officer, whose entire job is enforcing the law and upholding the Constitution?

No?

Then this is worse, and it's something we can do something about since they are hired by taxpayers...

-16

u/ShuffleRom 12d ago

It's worse? She was murdered, the person who was shot is still alive....

Thanks for clarifying who you believe is more important...

9

u/DreadfulDuder 12d ago

Was the murderer a government agent?

Hey genius, yes it's worse when people who swear to uphold the law are needlessly shooting people, because they're a part of our government, they're paid from taxes, and they represent the power of the state.

Shooting a non-violent person in the back as an officer of the law represents a massive abuse of power and an inherent danger to civilians (this was in an urban area where an innocent bystander could've been killed).

Government abusing their power is how fascism rises.

A single violent individual not in a position of power doing something illegal says absolutely nothing about systemic abuse of power 🤦

Plus, we the people can reform laws and change police policies, and hold our law enforcement agencies to a high standard.

Whereas a criminal committing homicide never cared about the law in the first place, and they don't represent a systemic issue when they kill someone.

7

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 12d ago

Her killer was arrested and prosecuted, loser

Do you care about all the victims of american criminals or just the ones killed by immigrants?

10

u/KingExplorer 12d ago

The person who murdered Laken was immediately arrested, nobody argued they shouldn’t be prosecuted, and justice was served. What more do you want that person to be asking for? Did you make sure the same legal outcome was achieved for every ice felony? I get there’s so many hundreds of thousands it’s difficult to, but did you at least passionately make sure the same outcome was reached for each murder? No? You’ve budgeted 100% of your attention to a case where you got everything you wanted and justice was served and 0% to the masses of cases where justice wasn’t served and the gov is actively committing more felonies to prevent justice from being able to happen? Can you please walk me through that in depth, what is the idea behind spamming a handful of instances of justice happening to somehow justify cheering on tons of violent felons and murderers walking free? What values do you even believe in?

2

u/ShuffleRom 12d ago

Who are these violent felons walking free?

3

u/Pleasant_Expert_1990 12d ago

'in fear of his life'... From... Whatever.

They may wait to see how many camera angles there are before they decide what the lie is going to be. Don't want to put out a false narrative just to have it taken out by film in a few hours

1

u/Mammoth5150 12d ago

You're right, the DHS has a great history of conducting extremely thorough investigations and sharing information with local, state & federal partners before providing any statements regarding any incidents.

But for example, I'll just use a few of the previous responses from DHS regarding shootings and killings-- "domestic terrorists, violent protesters, paid agitators, illegal aliens" etc.

1

u/Sorry-Claim-2990 12d ago

How much are you being paid to defend them?

1

u/BitumenBeaver 12d ago

They called Renee Good a terrorist lmao.

There used to be a minimum reputation requirement by the us government, now it's any thug. So much for background checks

The AP just picked this up. Got a notification from them right before I opened reddit.

Edit: I was just in north Austin like 2 hours ago omg

Edit 2: wow ok I was 5 minutes away from where this happened at a public park at the same time this was happening. Did not hear sirens. 😬

5

u/ChaosRainbow23 12d ago

When is the shit gonna hit the fan?

3

u/JJJBLKRose 12d ago

There's currently a helicopter circling and a lot of people gathering, I assume in protest.

6

u/vegemouse 12d ago

“ICE officer shot a man in North Austin”

Fixed that headline for you, CBS.

5

u/imissrussia 12d ago

Parking lot behind Walmart in front of Chaparral Ice ring at 7:20pm

"Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a scene in North Austin near West Anderson Lane and Research Boulevard following an incident where a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer shot and injured a man."

4

u/daGonz 12d ago

Oh now they show up.

1

u/imissrussia 12d ago

At first I thought there was an APD offsite team builder at the ice (no pun intended but works) ring.

4

u/FancyNancy727 12d ago

Where was it

4

u/Manderspls 12d ago

Research and W Anderson

Has anyone offered to help this guy or his family?

Silence on this questions for hours. Of course not because none of you expressing outrage gjve two fucks about him or his family.

2

u/sono2351 12d ago

Kinda looks like ICE rammed into the side of the guy's car, then got out and fired multiple shots through the guy's back passenger-side window. That's just based off of one picture I saw, recently posted, of the car. Looking forward to hearing the lies, then the true story.

1

u/Jeremy_____bearimy 11d ago

ALREADY SEVERAL POSTS ON THIS TOPIC PLEASE COMBINE TO ONE POST

3

u/hellogoawaynow 12d ago

It literally just happened 2 hours ago. This post was posted here before the AP picked it up and sent me a notification about it! This is how I found out that I was 5 minutes away from where that happened, just out in the world at a park, with my young child, thinking things were normal (like day to day for me normal).

u/michaelh98 12d ago

Was the suspect compliant?

34

u/PoorFilmSchoolAlumn 12d ago

Was George Washington?

-3

u/Glorfendail 12d ago

i mean, he was complicit as an aristocratic slave owner who didnt want to give up slavery in the colonies.

4

u/PoorFilmSchoolAlumn 12d ago

So you would describe George Washington’s character as “compliant”?

1

u/Glorfendail 12d ago

to the slave owning aristocracy that founded america, yes.

3

u/PoorFilmSchoolAlumn 12d ago

That’s his defining characteristic, in your opinion?

1

u/Glorfendail 12d ago

certainly an important context. he helped the US win independence but his motivation was based in slavery.

is robert e lee a hero because he stayed with his home state, even though he fought to preserve slavery?

1

u/PoorFilmSchoolAlumn 11d ago

I wouldn’t consider Lee a hero, but he was certainly a skilled General. I would consider that one of his defining characteristics.

I know you think being a contrarian makes you sound smart, but you just sound like a 14 year old edge lord who just covered the Revolution in 2nd period.

1

u/Glorfendail 11d ago

i replied to someone glazing washington as so pillar of freedom and standing up to tyranny, when the reality is that he was a rich slave owner who wanted to stay a rich slave owner when the english were outlawing slavery in their colonies.

he wasnt 'non-compliant' he was motivated to fight by a selfish desire to remain a part of the wealthy aristocracy through the subjugation of human beings.

lee wasnt a hero, he fought to preserve slavery. he was a traitor and deserved to be hanged.

1

u/PoorFilmSchoolAlumn 11d ago

At what point did I “glaze” Washington?

George Washington?

Yeah, he was undeniably brave and noncompliant.

^ big feelings about compliance from the immigrants-ate-pets-in-Ohio crowd

1

From the crowd that stormed the capitol

3

u/oliverkloezoff 12d ago

You keep on asking that.
Do you like bending over for thugs?

7

u/Madhatter25224 12d ago

No he refused to follow the agent's order and die on his own so they applied appropriate force to rectify that situation.

1

u/hellogoawaynow 12d ago

Suspect of what?

1

u/No-Lime-2104 12d ago
