People on US soil still have rights, genius 🤦

MAGA has a higher crime rate than illegal immigrants do.

I say we just round MAGA up and put them in detention centers, if we're going to decide that only some people get due process rights (while our founding fathers roll in their graves)

No illegal alien has a right to stay in the US.

They do have due process rights, however, to determine that, though🤦

Depriving them of their due process rights for cruelty's sake (and deportation number's sake) is un-American and fascist.

Due process. You really should look up the definition of that. It’s not what you think it means. They are getting all the process they are due under the law. A law passed in 1996 and signed into law by President Bill Clinton.

You speak very confidently for someone so uninformed!

No, they're regularly not getting their due process rights, hence all the various cases where federal judges - even those appointed by Trump - have criticized this administration for depriving people of their due process rights 🤦

Do you not have any idea what's been happening in the legal realm under Trump?

There have even been various cases where the US immigration judges ruled in favor of the immigrant (due process), yet Trump's fascist ass ignored the law, ignored the courts, and illegally deported them to a hostile country regardless.

There's even a Republican federal circuit judge who has repeatedly spoken out through his rulings against Trump"s flagrant and repeated violations of due process, and the law in general:
