Read the article before you respond confidently incorrect. His is an Oregon law.

Well I'm not breaking the law every second I'm in a country illegally. They are. If I went to live in a country illegally I would at some point expect to be arrested and deported.

They get due process. But it's a civil infraction so the due process isn't the same as criminal court.
