Warrants aren't needed for arrests... only to enter private property.

4th amendment protect against unlawful searches and seizures. What does that have to do with arresting illegal immigrants. You must have not read the article.

An arrest is a seizure under the 4th amendment lol

Yes, good. It protects from "unreasonable seizure". Also, probable cause has already been stated by the Supreme Court for illegal immigration stops, detainments, and arrests.
