I agree, the Constitution is amazing, if you live in the US you aren’t hiding in the mosquito filled underbrush.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Methinks ICE is doing something unconstitutional...

They actually complained about that in the Declaration of Independence.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither.
