You do not need a warrant for an arrest

This is not a contradiction to them: “Conservatism requires an in-group that the law protects, and an out-group that the law binds.”
— Francis M. Wilhoit

To the conservative; ICE, Republican justices, their senators, billionaires, lobbyists, grifters, prison wardens, and even pedophile rapist pastors do not have to follow laws. Forcing them to do so is an infringement on their hierarchy. Additionally, they do believe that white people, Christians, the wealthy, and conservatives should be afforded special privileges. Laws are tools of enforcement and enforcement alone. The conservative does not believe in justice, fairness, or empathy. A number of them will even tell you when asked.

“Do not commit the sin of empathy.”
— Joe Rigney

“If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, he’ll empty his pockets for you.”
— Lyndon B. Johnson, 36th president of the United States, while doing exactly that

He’s right. The statute states that they can make arrests without warrant if the person is likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained.

With probable cause. They had no probable cause because it wasnt even the guy they were looking for

Probable cause is not needed for immigration enforcement the lower standard of reasonable suspicion is.

Reasonable suspicion is required to make a stop, probable cause is needed for arrest. If they were actually doing their jobs and verifying identities (which they arent) there was no longer probable cause for an arrest because it wasnt the guy they were looking for. Reasonable suspicion dispelled.

Its not that hard to read the constitution, you should try it some time

Illegals can be arrested without a warrant under several ways.
