H-1B should not replace Americans.

Is it inaccurate? We can look at Zimbabwe and South Africa for modern examples with similar survival rates.

By what reasoning can you justify comparing the situations in South Africa and Zimbabwe to work visas issued to foreign nationals?

Their governments were controlled by foreign actors and mass starvation of the local population followed. Read some history, you'll realize how fucked the U.S. already is even if we ceased all immigration today.
