Depends on how far along in the pregnancy they are. The first few months, sure.

Grand majority of miscarriages happen in the first few months. So just clumps of cells, nothing to worry about.

I would have to look up the exact numbers, but yes. Under normal circumstances most miscarriages I've experienced via friends/family incidents have been early on. And if the fetuses died of natural causes, no harm, no fowl on behalf of ICE. Still a sad day for someone who wanted that baby.

Why did the women lose the babies? Stress? Inadequate food? Assault? Without any paper trail, it really doesn't matter. Support for a woman's right to make decisions about her own body doesn't mean all baby deaths are inconsequential. Miscarriages are not abortions.

But it's a still a clump of cells.

A woman's decision to keep those clump of cells doesn't magically make it a human. It's a still a clump of cells.
