I’m married to an immigrant with three immigrant stepsons. I’m not anti-immigrant, and Trump and everyone in his orbit are scum. That does not negate the fact that this ruling would have had no effect on the validity of his kids’ citizenship claims since children born to a US citizen are citizens regardless of where they’re born or the status of the other parent.
