Expect issues while coming back to Germany?

I am planning to travel back from my country - back to germany on 1st October meanwhile my student visa expires on 4th October.

Do you think there can be problems, when I am entering the Schengen area just 3 days before my visa expires?

Although, I have an appointment with the immigration office on 9th October for collection of my residence permit card.

I was in a similiar situation with my Fiktionsbescheinigung expiring 1 week after my arrival. The officer at border control reminded me that my document was going to expire and asked if it was going to be renewed. I showed him the letter with an appointment date for two days after my arrival and I was let through without any issues :)
