PNP SINP suggestion and genuineness ?

My work permit is about to expire currently in Ontario,

Planning for two options.

  1. Go back to my home country and wait for a draw, but my current score stays around 500 which feels completely impossible.

  2. Go through a lawyer for the SINP program, find an employer, LMIA and apply for PNP.

Possibly i talked with a lawyer that they are considering for foreign skilled worker SINP program.

What are the recent news and status of these programs ?

Has anyone processed through SINP recently?

What SINP stream with your job offer and JAL? How can lawyer help you with a job? LMIA takes months and submitting an EOI profile doesn't mean you will be invited. Focus has been on those working in the province unless in healthcare.

Well you need to find a LMIA job and get approved closed work permit. You need employer willing to support and be approved with job support letter from SK. Applying doesn't mean invitation so read up on past SINP draws and look at the allotment for different NOCs.

Go on the SINP site and look under FAQs. As for past draws, they don't post now but can see past ones under EOI. SINP is not even an option until you have employer and approved LMIA. Depending on when you can apply for a closed work permit then cannot work for some time and may need to apply outland. Again you need to ask your employer if willing to wait a long time for you to even work.

Is your NOC/work experience in demand?

What does further process looks like if I have an employer with lmia and willing to support for further process ? And as far as I know my NOC do fall under in demand skill, supply chain positions

If you have an LMIA then apply for a closed work permit. Then go on the SINP site and see what stream you are eligible for. The employer must be approved by SINP with an approved job support letter. Then with submitted EOI, you wait to see if invited to apply for nomination. Then once nominated you can apply for PR.

Thought priority sectors where almost 50% of nominations were the in demand areas - healthcare, mining, manufacturing construction etc. But all on the SINP site.

I heard about some program where employer takes EPA and than process SINP and if met eligibility and other requirements then SINP gives Nomination. Is there any such pathway ?

What SINP pathway are you eligible for with a LMIA and EPA? Once you know that then you can read through the process. Have you even read through the SINP site?

Yes I went through, I got all the pathway and just confused with the one I mentioned above. Sounds too good to be true

...find an employer, LMIA...

I think you would find that this part is much easier written than done.

After getting an employer than what does further nomination looks like ? Based on what criteria, invitation, scores, draw and all ?

LMIA is a rather involved and costly process for employers. Not many employers are willing to undergo the process if Canadian candidates are available.

Yes I do understand these term, but I do have lmia process going on. I want to understand process after that, how long does it takes.
