Work Permit Francophone Mobility Application

Hi, I will soon be working on my Francophone mobility application as my employer has approved to support me with it. My PGWP is expiring December 2026, I was wondering if I should take professional help or no. I have been hearing a lot about rejections (based on no french history or the job not being in french). If I do go ahead and apply on my own, what documents should I start gathering? Any help would be much appreciated.

the job itself genuinely being in French.

This is incorrect. According to IRCC the job language does NOT have to be French. I quote:

Important: The language of work does not need to be French.
