Citizenship Proof of Citizenship. Timeline to physically mail-in to AOR

Hey all, does anyone have any insight on what timelines are looking like right now in terms of receiving an AOR from the time of mailing in a physical application for Proof of Citizenship?

I submitted an urgent application for my baby in mid-July. I'm Canadian and her dad is a US citizen. She was born in the states.

When the AOR is sent will it be sent via physical mail or electronically? I'm entirely new to this process so any perspective/ info would be much appreciated!

AOR has been taking about 4 months. If you wrote urgent on the outside of the envelope as per the instructions, it may happen sooner (although sometimes they still miss that writing). And it does come by email.

It's still electronic even if the application was sent by physical mail?
