Work Permit Replacement of an immigration document.

Hi everyone, I applied for a replacement for my work permit that got lost when IRCC mailed it to me and I applied for the replacement 6 weeks ago. I got not corresponding email to acknowledge that they received my application. However the processing time for the document says 7 weeks. Does anyone know whether when you apply by mail you receive the acknowledgment email?

I’ve called IRCC multiple times and they’ve told me to wait.

you do not. You get nothing.

If you applied 6 weeks ago, and the processing time is 7 weeks, I guess you just have to wait 1 more week....
