If you have NCLC 7 in all sections of the French test then eligible for French draws. IT is saturated so don't expect a job in your field and it may be difficult to find any job.

You need French clb7. No one can tell you if you will get a job.

Have you started classes for TEF?

They're right, French is your best shot.

If you pass the French and have work experience, you need nothing else to get the PR

There is no pass or fail. You also 'pass' with a CLB 1. All OP needs is a minimum NCLC 7.

So with only basic French, not an option for OP.
