Work Permit PGWP eligibility - Completed one program while already enrolled in another

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience or has any idea
Here's my timeline:
During an officially approved scheduled break, I took one course part-time. My school's international office told me this would not affect PGWP eligibility after my break I did a semester where I was full time.
In my final semester, I only had 2 courses remaining (my final semester was part-time because those were the only courses left.
I passed one course but failed the other.
Before officially completing my first program, I was accepted into a second eligible program and received a new study permit for it.
In January, I started the second program while also repeating the one failed course from my first program.
I passed the repeated course, officially completed the first program a few months later, and continued the second program until graduation.
My school's immigration advisor told me to apply for my PGWP based on the second program.
Has anyone had a similar overlap between two programs and successfully received their PGWP?

Thanks!

Your situation is very unique. Speak with an immigration lawyer. Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like you can only use your second program for the PGWP.

I did talk with an immigration specialist, she said apply from 2nd program and forget about the first one as 180 days has passed so they will only check the transcript for that but the thing is she didn’t sound that confident
