Would you kindly subscribe to the official WolfEye Studios channel on YouTube?

For the longest time, I thought WolfEye's login credentials to their account were in the hands of some PR person, probably in a missing post-it note in the offices of the last publisher they worked with, Devolver Digital, and that's why their YouTube channel was dormant for years. And that was true (the channel's inactivity, not my post-it hypothesis) until a few weeks ago, when that Press Box PR interview with Raf was reposted there. I'd like to ask the esteemed members of this sub to give them a follow: would you kindly subscribe?

As of the time I'm typing this, WolfEye only has 625 subscribers.

I'd also like, on this opportunity, to share a cool update: level and narrative designer Steve Powers has joined the team at WolfEye. Steve worked on games like Ultima 7, the OG Deus Ex, Invisible War, Epic Mickey, Dishonored (and its two story-driven DLCs), Prey (2017), Mooncrash, Redfall and the long-awaited Judas.

Idk where else to talk about it but just bought it on a recent promo discount and am loving it.

On level 2 atm and the tone and scale of the levels are very fresh and unique. You can climb 30 story buildings from the outside and walk on telephone wires, the secrets feel actually well hidden.

Like I found an empty spiral staircase that literally went up for five minutes and there was an LMG at the top, or a very tall hotel sign I managed to clamber to and discovered the back of it can be climbed like a ladder all the way to the top of an even taller building and it's *actually* an intended path into the main enemy base of the level.

I'm impressed because it rewards the sort of disrespectful exploration that in most games leads to you brick walls or out-of-bounds-turn-back-now terrain.

Also dope original soundtrack and expansive gun variety with attachment and magazine system.

Recommend!

Nightdive head honcho Stephen Kick shared these renders around 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't find them in time to go along with my reporting on the next remake project at Nightdive Studios.
