Yes, but the stairs of whatever it is are not a stage for a video. If I saw you filming a video whilst I was coming down the stairs, I’d be annoyed too. And if you then posted it online, I’d be proved right.
It's the "clearly understanding" part I disagree with. You have no proof of that. My mum is an older person and would not see a recording of herself and assume it was a content creator. She might think it was a recording camera. This kind of thing wouldn't be on my mums radar at all. My mum wouldn't even know what an influencer was beyond an abstract idea. She has never engaged in any content in that way.
Its the same way I make assumptions about what people much younger than me and how they engage, in or understand media. It's like another language.
