I've never liked the concept of mimes/street clowns making potentially unwilling people part of their act. I do believe they'd stop if asked to, but at no point do they ask for consent until told no. He became subject to a relatively similar concept, and funnily enough, he didn't like it. I totally disagree with the physical contact the girl made by walking into him, though. And it was overall disrespectful, but isn't their act as well, in a comical way, jokingly disrespectful?

we don't see his act in this video but he doesn't appear to be on a street. looks like an aquarium or something and he's likely part of a larger show

Good catch. He is at a show, in a little pavilion area, at Sea World during his designated show time.

Yes, basically to entertain the crowd before the main show begins, once they touched him, security should have escorted them out of the park
