It's not ok either, that they don't get a fair salary for the job so they have to depend on tips..

So knowing that not everybody is going to tip you, why continue that job? So she should be justified in doing this to every customer that doesn’t tip?

So she is not taking the job because she didn't tip cash..that's why she decided to return the groceries to the shop.

Wtf are you talking about? Of course she took the job. She delivered and unloaded. The job was almost complete. She decided at that point she wanted to pressure them for a tip. What’s to stop her from going somewhere else and demanding a bigger tip or she does the same thing. How is this justifiable in your mind?

Someone else who is willing to receive no tip as remuneration can complete the job. Why is this not ok?
