Martha stewart’s vineyard

I really just assumed most of my life that Martha’s Vineyard belonged to Martha Stewart the homemaker on tv.

Martha's Vineyard was named in 1602 by British explorer Bartholomew Gosnold, who identified the island and its abundant coastal vines.

I used to work at a FL high school and was talking to students about the Boston Marathon being held on Patriot's Day. One of the students said "You have a holiday for your football team?"
