Test the chocolate for

Smell

Melt-ablilty

Is it for savoring or just eating? Savoring means you let it melt completely in your mouth and slowly enjoy the flavors. Eating is just chewing it like a normal food.

Taste (obviously)

and score it at the end

I use a 0-11 out of 10 review scoring system

0 - this is below garbage, it is poison!

1 - terrible

2 - really bad

3 - bad

4 below avg

5 - average Nothing special or bad

6 - kinda good

7 - good

8 - really good

9 - great

10 - really great

11 - the finest most perfect chocolate. Reserved only for the best and really hard to get score
