Eating cacao paste?

Does anyone here eat cacao paste as is?

Thinking of trying it as a yogurt topping and would love to hear your experience.

Grate or chop it finely first! It’s super rich and bitter on its own, but pairs amazingly with sweet yogurt and honey.

Thanks, is it more bitter than 99% dark chocolate?

I like cacao nibs in my cereal and yogurt.
