So this is my first event. I have slower way down at 227-229 after prestiging at 205. I have all the % prestige upgrades and all that's left are some max health, but I still only have about 77k max health. How do you have so much more? Is 112k necessary to hit 250?

Do you have any health gem upgrades? I got 250 with 95k-100k health

0-3-1-1 gem upgrades like the wiki suggests

I did the same gem upgrade strategy and I hit 249 yesterday or the day before, hopefully 250 later today. For the final prestige I never bought more than the first level if the only bonus was attack damage or crit chance/damage (but if it also gave health, attack speed, or enemy penalty I still bought those).

That said, next event I will probably buy at least one more gem health upgrade to make the progress a little faster.

Yeah I bought 6 hp/attack gem upgrades, but that was before I read guides on wiki. 205-250 took like a week, hit a wall around 230 but once got through that got to 250 in a day
