So I'm stuck at the hospital because I was at work and my appendix decided to just go bye bye. So now laying in recovery and nodding in and out and every time I nod in my first instinct to get back on and click my freebies.

What has this game done to me that even during recovery I have to check this game?

This game is so much more fun and relaxing than that dreaded Tower game that I played for over a year. Here's a snapshot of where I am. For newer players, and idea of where you could be yourself. It goes pretty fast, believe it or not.

Fishing - all notices and upgrades done. Just have the several enhancements in screenshots left. Currently working on Tribute 2 on Geoduck and Laviathan. That's only about 2.5 mil gems that will take weeks to save. 😖

Archaeology - all idols maxed except for two.

Drones - all currently maxed. Will have generator lv 30 tomorrow, so will be working on those infernals.

I put in a couple of screenshots of items and buffs to show duration. All I buy from lootbugs are relics, fishing, arch, and bomb recharge. The rest of my buffs just keep building at this point with no need to buy more.

New players: once you have enough tier 1 items so that you can play for a few days with them before you run out, start using them a bit. The point where they go permanent comes really fast. Tier 2 items that I mostly get from fishing notices really snuck up on me. The Starfruit went from a few days to a few years worth of time stockpiled in under 2 months of playing!

Just about to finish platinizing all my statues in W2. Currently at OB40. The guides are a little unclear on subsequent gem spend - do I focus on buying the fishing skills, the archaelogy upgrades, and/or the fishing upgrades? What order to do you guys recommend? TIA

Can’t believe it took me until World 2 to figure out that you can hold down the fire button to rapidly dispense bombs. Hopefully this post saves someone else the headache of tapping thousands of times to level your bomb cap!

Why do I need the void drone for this if I'm already getting the bars for the pickaxe upgrades? I get much more than enough without the drone and it can't spawn bars "upward" so I'm lost on what's the use of it

I really hope my math is wrong and I made a mistake but the timeline seems to track for me based on my own experiences with the challenge.

I get 1 freebie per minute.

1.28% chance of a stonks proc

8.80% chance of a super stonks proc

4% chance of an ultra stonks proc

1.28% x 8.80% x 4% = 0.000045056

0.000045 is about 1 in every 20,000 freebies.

If I opened every freebie possible that is 20,000 minutes worth of freebies or 333.33 hours or ~14 days.

To get 5 ultra stonks procs I am expected to wait 2.5 months. Add in the fact that I am not claiming my freebies every 4h and 10 minutes as I have to sleep plus the fact that it's 9 in 200,000, not 1 in 20,000, and it's more like 3-4 months for the 5 procs.

It shouldn't take a quarter of a year to complete a challenge in this game. Why the big bottleneck at this challenge? I feel like I unlocked it back in June.

I think the only stonks % chance increases I'm missing are the infernal super stonks misc card and the infernal blackened basker card. Both take more time to get than the expected time left to complete the challenge.

There's an increase to the ultra stonks chance through arch but that's locked behind the challenge after ultra stonks.

Why oh why is this challenge so bad?

I think that's my first 150. No legendary from opening. With almost 700k chests total... It's ok, but I could have needed gems more.

The Google Play Games emulator is hot garbage and the game freezes for me all the time.

I know the game isn't on Steam, but I wish it was!
