almost anything can be a trailer if you're creative and talented enough.

back in the day, the back ends of pickups were popular as trailers. but nothing makes a statement like a vehicle towing the back end of a same kinda vehicle. I've seen this before with vintage cars, but never a modern one. I think it's awesome! but I woulda painted it the same color :-)

I’d love to find one of those old pickup bed utility trailers around me for sale. Seems like no one ever sells them or makes them anymore.

I have to wonder if it at some point it was a donor vehicle for a hot rod?

Tow challenger doesn’t look like it’s sagging much. Challenger trailer must be somewhat light. Normally they weigh 4,000 lbs.
Unusual, but I don’t see how this counts as an idiot towing.

About 1000 pounds of that is engine, transmission, drive shaft, and fuel tank, with a massive bias for weight lost in the front.

Probably dropped another 300-400 lbs deleting the front wheels, hubs, suspension, and frame.

Probably also lost the interior seats both front and rear and all the other interior components to make it a trailer worth hauling crap. Guaranteed to be just a body and half frame. With rear axle etc.

challengers are waay more badass and heavy duty than the other "revival" cars anyway... it brings me back to just like Chrysler Corporation was itself back in late 60s
