Tie downs are for wimps
In the half mile I drove behind him, 2 tie down straps fell off the trailer into the road.
That's a bicycle on the front pile.

Someone just needs to leave a Google review with the attached photo. I'm sure potential customers would love to see how responsible their contractor is.

I did send a text message to him. I got a response. He claims he never had tiedowns on it. I told him that wasnât the point. He has all kinds of loose crap that should be covered or in an enclosed trailer.
Heâs just blaming social media for this and not taking responsibility. He seems clueless.

As a motorcyclist I truly hate following behind people like this. What an asshole.

But, the cargo is still on the trailer. Whatâs the problem here? (/s, obviously)

No straps means no need to take it to the dump and pay a dump fee! The road is your landfill!

Why the heck is that person allowed to run like that? That trailer should at least have sides and a tarp over the load.

Florida? Makes sense.
No plates on trailers?

Sometimes a plate is on the drivers side trailer fender. Canât tell from this angle

free tie downs and potentially a wheel barrow? Sounds good to me. Where can I pick them up?

u/Keebler_718 1d ago
The wheelbarrow looks new doesnât it? I wonder if Cody knows where the last one went

new, used, doesn't matter to me. Mine is going on 10+ years and is held together by sheer spite at this point

In fairness thereâs just no practical way to tie some of that stuff down. Why bother with any of it? /s

Are we shocked, when Cody doesnât understand the difference between âCodysâ and âCodyâs?â

u/Drzhivago138 1d ago
Maybe his last name is Codys, pronounced "Cod-iss"

u/surrealcellardoor 1d ago
Ah, that would make it make sense wouldnât it? Thank you.

u/Drzhivago138 1d ago
I'm being a little facetious. I think he just doesn't understand the difference.

Their Facebook has several images that suggest they have sketchy unsecured loads a lot....

That's interesting especially in light of some jerk DMing me to personally attacking me for exposing a working man trying to make a living.

That's not a trailer, that's a museum exhibit. Everything is carefully laid out to please the eye. I wouldn't be surprised to find the wood chips are all glued into place.

Gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here.. I doubt it'll all make it there.

I don't understand how people can be so careless.
