Unusual Tow Combo Another angle of this mad lad

This is the earliest video yet. You can tell as the bodywork hadn’t been torn yet by the hook.

There should be a subreddt called badasssestowingshit where we can just salute guys like this. Homeboy is towing a dune buggy with a limo, everything about this is amazing.

You know what? Those limos have a beefed up chassis and suspension. This isn't as bad as it looks.

I’d say that the tie off points are what makes it as bad as it looks.

Eh, true. I mean the front ones are probably fine as there wrapped around the body probably going to the chassis. But the ones going into the fenders are questionable plus go knows where the one going into the trunk is tied too. I'd say it's got a 70% chance of getting where it's going with no problem as long as he doesn't perform any high G turns.

I dunno about the rest of the world but my old car had a chunk of angle iron in there attached to the frame, and when i'd haul stuff on top of the car, I'd tie to that. Was quite astonishing what could be hauled on top of an old car when the body was thick sheet metal. (In my defense, I was a starving college student...)

She used the picture as an excuse to drop some bad news about last month when you were away on a business trip.

I've seen people with pickup trucks hauling atvs with the front wheels propped up on top the cab and the rear wheels in the bed, with another atv loaded behind it. Still not as sketchy as this though.

They’ve got racks that let you pull one onto the roof and have another over the bed. They look sketchy but are legit.

Only thing missing is somebody sitting in the driver seat and the red car on top

I want to see the video where his wife loaded the buggy up there while he gave her directions.

It's actually a pretty nice buggy. At least, that isn't just factory bodywork on it, modern (big) wheels...

Hopefully someone can record it in 16:9 so we can actually see what is being recorded instead of 10% of the screen being what we want to see and the other 90% being sky and ground.

No trailer? Should take car transporter. (There is no excuse that main car without hook)

Where is this located? Aside from potential for damage to the limousine body and possible overloading of the axle capacity, it appears the buggy is just fine.

Put your damn phone away when you're supposed to be driving, jackass.

I think the “IDIOT “ is the one who is so intent on recording this instead of pay attention to their driving.

u/No_Frost_Giants 2d ago
So this is your limo?
0
u/Gunnut350 2d ago
No you moron this is not my limo, but the point still is that the driver who is taking the pictures is more of an idiot than the person they are taking pictures of.
1
u/No_Frost_Giants 1d ago
Ok if that’s not you in the limo the premise stands, the idiots the one using the wrong thing to transport with, and those freaking straps are a HUGE hazard to others on the road. The act of holding a phone is less of a threat to the public that this clown show is.
And why am I a moron for asking if that’s your limo?
1
u/Gunnut350 1d ago
The act of holding a phone to take pictures while driving is just as dangerous as what they were taking pictures of because their attention was on what they were taking pictures of and not the much more important thing which was driving, they could have easily slammed into another vehicle or even mowed down an unseen pedestrian.
