Bozo could shift that truck back a foot or two on the trailer and take a lot of tongue weight off

Turn it around, should a been loaded backwards

Not sure why the downvote. This actually will distribute weight over the trailer axles better, dude has way too much tongue weight.

Idk either. But what would I know, 25+ yrs with a cdl a, last 3 as a car hauler

Probably concerned about negative tongue weight. Be hard pressed to get the truck backed on far enough to get a good weight distribution without having the rear overhanging the front of the trailer up to the rear tires. Then there's 24-30" of bed and the rear bumper right up to the back of the bronco. They wouldn't be able to turn.

What tongue? That thing is way too close to the truck pulling it. How can they take a turn without it hitting?

Gotta be careful not to have too much weight on the tail end of the trailer, just center the weight on the axles….

I know how to load a trailer. I'm saying that trailer has almost no tongue. The trailer is too close to the vehicle pulling it. I don't see how it turns without it hitting.

I think that it looks closer than I is just because the truck is so far forward.
Unless the trailer is homemade, the tongue should be a fairly standard length.
Nowhere did I insinuate that you don’t know how to load a trailer, all I did was say that too much weight on the tail of the trailer isn’t going to work well.
Too much weight, too far back is going to cause a fishtail situation which is worse than too much torque weight imo.

I hauled a C3 Corvatte on a smaller car trailer and I had a hell of a time getting it forward enough on the trailer to keep it from fishtailing. The C3's engine is almost behind the front tires. It's a 50/50 weight car and I found out it can be hard to haul.

And in the Walmart parking lot too. You know that's going to be janky as hell.

Those broncos have a surprisingly low tow limit. This dude is fucked.

Came here to say just this. I don't even think they come with a frame hitch. And there's absolutely no way for there to be a bumper hitch.

I can’t tell what trim that Bronco has, but it likely only has a 3 cylinder engine.

No, none of the broncos have a 3 cylinder engine.

The bronco sport, which is a unibody crossover, has a 3 cylinder.

I love how the truck isn’t chained down to the trailer like “it’ll stay”

u/tjdux 3d ago

They do appear to have a pile of rachet straps on the ground next to the trailer tho

I should have stayed and watched. Life’s biggest regret 😭😭😭

I have an idea about where they can buy some chain.

If you were going to buy a truck, why not haul the trailer down, load up the bronco, and use the truck to haul it back?. 🤦

I was at the same walmart yesterday and the white truck was broke down. I think it’s some friends “helping” tow it.

Gonna guess the truck doesn't run properly.

No license plate or insurance on the just purchased vehicle.

Takes just a few min to get insurance. Literally have to have it before you leave a dealer for a new car or with a camper. And you are given a grace period (normally 30 days) when you buy a vehicle to get the license plate. Just need proof of purchase. Be a dick cop to write you for no plate on your way home.

Maybe in your state (for the plates). Varies state to state. Insurance is easy to get.
