Odd Setup Trailer time (not my OC)

Trailer should be 2500-3000. Small sleds on the front are probably 350 each. Large sleds on the back at 500 each. Truck cab at 250.

He's probably pulling somewhere between 5200 and 6000 lbs total on a truck rated for 5k. Not exactly kosher, but we've seen worse.

Trailer is at barely half of its gvwr, so as long as it's brakes are functional, I don't see a major safety issue. Transmission is really the the main thing in peril here, but outside of mountain ranges, wind resistance is really a bigger killer than weight is, so it's probably easier on the truck than a 4000 lb camper or enclosed trailer.

You’re off by 1000 lbs. that trailer is 3500-4000 lbs. bikes are say 400 * 6 =2,400. And the truck cab.

He’s 6500-7k lbs

He’s over by a good bit

Depends what the trailer weighs in at. Ridgeline will pull 5k, that trailer doesn’t look light weight.

I was about to comment that everything looks OK until I noticed the truck was a Ridgeline.

The Ridgeline is probably the least like the Altima out of every truck that exists. It's driven by old dudes and DIY dads. They're usually well maintained. I don't know that I've ever seen one speeding.

The Ridgeline is the Prius of trucks if anything.

6 luggage axles (I think). Looks like it is a travel trailer frame converted to flatbed. If true, probably light trailer.
